Depression levels are directly proportional to one's levels of regret, shame, and lack of actionable intelligence with which to formulate a strategy to address those snakes all tangled up in our grey matter. Drugs do NOT address the issues and problems related to depression itself, in any way. It hurts to face reality, no matter how rough or smooth the transition from self-delusion, narcissism, and what I like to call 'existential myopia'... But yes...I will try to be more compassionate...thanx
