Thank you for the clear directions on the correct placing of the signatures. That’s always been my downfall in my journals so I was pleased to see a demonstration that was easy to follow. Loving this series, even though I’ve been crafting for years, you can always learn something or have your ideas refreshed. Love, love, love the envelope in the middle of the signature.
Wonderous, Ms. Andrea! To a new journalmaker---it seems overwhelming, but your step by step video is making it a snap to begin our creations. Thank you for all of your tutorials.
I just caught this episode and I am so glad. My next journal is for my 20 years old grandson and I want to use your faux leather cover but wanted 2-3 signatures. I’m not ready to start it but have been researching the process. I think you said you’ve done 3 signatures with this cover so I will save this video to reference when I’m ready. You are so clear in your directions I’m feeling a little more confident about my ability to do this. I hope I can find the next installment. Thank you Andrea.
Andrea, you are a natural! I love your creativity and I watch your videos over and over again because I learn so much each time. I find it a pleasing experience all the way around. I love that you live by the sea. I gather it's a fishing town? Have you ever seen Doc Martin on Netflix? If you haven't you MUST! I think you'll love it. Thank you so much for diligently sharing your talent with the world. You are a blessing! Hugs from Dallas! :)
Thank you for showing this. I am getting ready to make some journals for the Granddaughters from kits. I hope they turn out as well as yours. Have a great rest of your day! Sue
Thanks very much for doing this series. I’ll have to backtrack and watch the first 2. This was very informative. I’ve not yet made a journal. I’ve been scrapbooking for a long time and made those from scratch and doing some of the challenges posted in FB by you and Tracey. Between you, Wendy, Gayle, Tracey, Roxy and Nic I have been so inspired! Thanks so much for sharing your knowledge and creativity. I’m working on a wedding book for my son & his wife but have to pace myself due to arthritis issues but hope once that is done to tackle a journal. Need a more economical printer before I purchase digitals as well. Again thanks for sharing and sorry about this “overly lengthy” comment.
Thank you, Andrea. Great video. Helped me to decide to keep all the early attempts that I’ve deemed “not good enough”. I have that problem of wanting everything I attempt to be as good as someone who has been doing it for years. It is good to do basic work as well as more complex, structured items.
I’m following all your videos that your doing on the Back To Basics. Well I watch ALL your videos but I’m zoomed in on the BTB videos because I’m new to journaling. Thank you for taking us through the beginning of journaling and showing us the tips and tricks that we need to know. I love your Digital Kits. I just wished I had a printer!
Oh my gosh ❤️I have bought digis and cannot print them from my iPad...Now I get to I will go and check that out..Thank you so very much for these steps❣️❤️😍
Thank you so much for the clear explanation on how to measure for the placement of the signatures!!!! Often different journal makers skip that step & this helps me to know exactly what to do as a beginner. TY!

Wow you have the best tutorials... I'm learning so much such from you. I am not great with my paper crafting by any means... I have to get some of your paper printouts! Thank you so much for you time explaining everything!!! Great designs you have
Your digis are gorgeous. That you for telling us about jpeg, pdf... I asked Hubba for a Earrly XMas present... A printer. If I had one already, I would be shopping ING your etsy. ❤️🌹

Andrea I love your videos, I’ve learned so much from them. I have a lot of your kits sitting on my table, because I am recovering from surgery but soon I shall be making my journals. Thanks for sharing 😍🌴
The biggest problem I have is working out how many signatures ,is there a set guide to how many per size of spine ? And I tend to fill each page which always results in me re making with bigger spines , I love what you’ve done today tfs xx
Thanks for the app info. I didn’t know about that I only have a IPad no computer sorry your designs are being stolen what a world we live in 😬☹️ loving this series so far 👍😊
I’m a newer subbie to your channel. I LOVE your work, journals and digis!!! I really enjoy watching you 😊 I’ve noticed you mentioned ecodying (don’t know how to spell) more than once. What is that and do you have a process video on it? Thx!! xxx
Geena Marquez hi thank you for joking me as for ecodyeing I haven’t done a video on it but there is plenty on TH-cam sorry no facility in studio to carry out the process . X
Thank you so much Andrea, that digital kit is stunning I really really love 💖 it. Does Wendy from Wendy & Leo know you have it, she really really loves Irises. Your eco-dyed papers are stunning too. xxx Mags
Andrea I made my template the height of my signature, but my cover is a little higher , so do I place my template in the middle and not worry about the extra on cover , or should I trim down my cover to be exact size of ,y signatures ?

To be honest it best to google how to print with an iPad. You can then follow precise instructions this is what I have to do . I don’t really print from my iPad as have a laptop. X

Mitzi Graves hi if an acrylic paint is too thick you can water it down to get the consistency you want , not sure what you wanted to do with it. X
