When you see a grown man cry, you know his pain is universal. Mark‘s message is so powerful!

This had been the most genuine Ted talk video I’ve seen. Short and concise yet I can feel the immense gratitude of Mark Klein towards his loved ones. He’s right. We sometimes forget to give credit to our supporters who have been there supporting us from the start. Without them, we would not be where we are today.

As someone who has supported an entrepreneur for many years, I listened intently to every word Mark shared. The relationship between an entrepreneur and their silent supporters is unique and can be challenging. Thank you, Mark, for sharing your story and the valuable lessons that can help us all learn and grow. ❤

"Recognize and appreciate the silent architects in your life - your loved ones, family, and friends who support you unconditionally. They are the true risk-takers, providing stability and encouragement through life's challenges. Express gratitude often, through small gestures and heartfelt thanks. Acknowledge their sacrifices and investments in your success. Remember, your achievements are dependent on their unwavering support. Give back to your community and reciprocate the love and care you've received. Gratitude and recognition can have a profound impact on those who have shaped your journey."

I found just the opposite. I found that loved ones are best kept as loved ones and not part of your business. Those who have never run their own business, do not understand what it means at all and they can easily take you for granted and see you only as their loved one, rather than the business owner. It's not that I'm not thankful and grateful for help from loved ones but..... You're walking on thin ice, mixing business with loved ones. I haven't done so now for well over a decade and my loved ones are right where they belong; still as my loved ones. I'll leave it there. The backbone of my business, is me.

    My opinion:
For companies and entrepreneurs, etc. Give a profit of 40,000 euros per year without tax!
    Nat 40,000 euros 25% tax.
25% investment is better than tax:
I can transfer a salary increase, a green investment, a wind farm, etc. to my account.
Mainly banks 25% tax. And the abolition of tax deductions for gas, diesel, land and internal combustion engines.

Some sellers of new car parts make up to 200% profit on sales, I know, I have experience.
Only 50% profit on sale must be allowed. 100% of the profit must be tax-deductible, that means more than 50% of the profit from the sale must be tax-deductible in the purchase price!
