So I did buy a ticket not for the Mr mine since it's not really good in anything but I just bought it for the items and the pose really I like it a lot

The only way to get Celebi candy is to either use rare candies or walk it as your buddy. I wouldn't recommend investing a lot to power it up. It is more of a pokedex filler but up to you what you want to end up doing 😀
Right now the GO Battle league is set to Ultra league because it rotates through the three leagues throughout the season one at a time until all three become available at the end of the season. This is how the GO Battle League naturally works and you can’t manually switch. However, you are able to remote battle with someone like with a friend on your friend list and access the three leagues there. It’s not GO Battle League but battling with a friend can get you access to those leagues and they count to any progress to battle in those three leagues. Hope this makes sense.

I have a question I just got a celebi from the special research with team rocket, how do you get celebi candy to power her up?
