Mirror Mirror is finally complete (for now)! All four songs are in order with lyrics in the video. I really wanted to get this out today so the you can tell I got lazy with the text animation as time went on. Also I didn't proof-watch so sorry for any mistakes.

Just putting this out. Self inflicted pain can refer to ethical wounds too. Everyone thinks that "self inflicted pain" refers to Weiss cutting herself but, I see it as her going against her own ethics

It would add an interesting twist on her character if it was physical as it would cause the Atlas arc to be a lot more intense with all of her friends being there especially if they find out that her dad has caused all of this. Jacques is running into an irredeemable character territory and I really hope that continues because he doesn't deserve it and I feel like that would be lazy story telling where she and Jacques just become the father and daughter relationship.
Casey confirmed that she wasn't cutting, just insecure so the self inflicted pain is all mental

I always thought it was Winter's song, her seeing Weiss trying to free herself from their father and resolving to be freed. Hence "It's my turn"

I'm pretty sure there won't be more. The last one was basically a summary of the seasons she's been in which leads me to believe that it's a conclusion to the music.
I think there might be one more because V6 is going to Atlas

One thing I don't really see get brought up enough (or at all) is that the verse from MMp2 "Some believe in fairy stories, and the ghosts that they can't see..." is about Ruby. She wants to be the "hero from the fairy tales" and make the happy ending real and the ghost she can't see is referencing her having conversations with Summer over her memorial on the cliff. So Weiss is singing about, if Ruby can believe in things like that, why can't I do something so much simpler, like believe in myself? I'm *real* so why is that harder than believing in fantasies? And that's also why TLIM brings up her deepest worry, "...a part of me that's scared I might be wrong, that I can't be strong." She's worrying that, if believing in herself is even more unbelievable than ghosts and fairy tales, then what hope is there?

After her grandfather's death, Weiss was torn between what she wanted to be, and what she was being forced to become. These two parts are split and divided by the mirror. "Path to Isolation" is told from Weiss' perspective outside of the mirror, as she is undergoing the changes forced on her as a result of her grandfather dying (Her father's control and influence, her mother's alcoholism after Willow lost her father, the neglect from her mother, and other trauma). She wants to be happy and care-free, but without her grandfather, she was slowly losing sight of her own happiness and being transformed into a monster. She is afraid of what she is becoming, but is not able to see the other side of the mirror. In this song, she only sees her own reflection in the mirror, and is terrified by what she sees. "Mirror, Mirror, Part 1" is told from Weiss' perspective inside of the mirror as she witnesses her other self being molded in a villain. Unable to reach out and help, she doesn't want to watch what is happening. "Mirror MIrror, Part 2" shifts back to Weiss' perspective from outside of the mirror as she reflects on her recent life choices as she is older, mainly her decisions to become a huntress, attend Beacon, and separate herself from Jacques. She's still unsure if her revolt will be enough to make a difference in her life, but she is still willing to try and change. The second verse also calls back to "Path to Isolation". Finally, "Life is Mine" is told from both perspectives, with each side of Weiss taking a part before the first chorus. During the chorus, they work together to shatter the mirror and become whole again after several years of separation and sing the rest of the song as one person.
Gee, Casey must've really worked hard for This Life is Mine. Sounds rough.
the sequencing is better with this:
mirror mirror p1: shes afraid that shes a mirror of her father a reference to her being the ice queen at the beginning of the series.
mirror mirror p2: shes still chained to being the heiress of her dads company, but Ruby and the gang slowly help her see that her dad is the most absolute of douchebags.
Path to isolation: During the fall of beacon, shes ripped from her friends. the one thing she considers family anymore and is forced to return to atlas, where lord douchie reigns.
Life is mine: Weiss breaks all ties with her ass of a family (except winter cause shes still cool, heh) and shes "tired of being a pawn" to her dads politics.

TheGloveCompany 12 Well the reason they're listed in this order is because it's the progression of her life, Path to Isolation is her slowly falling to her dad's will and starting to get depressed as she falls more and more under her control. Mirror Mirror is while she's under his control yet still questioning her value, Mirror Mirror part 2 is her no longer understanding why she's even depressed questioning what is wrong, forgetting what caused her to be sad. This Life is Mine is her starting to understand what made her depressed again, and starting to work on getting out of the situation that caused her to be that way, before turning into her full realization as she fully commit to leaving and regaining control of her life.

WysWolf 68 I would say that it would fit somewhere after all these songs since though out that entire song she is confident of her stance against her father, and all lack of faith in herself is only show as a past tense theme.
They're in order of the story they tell sequentially
