A few years back, 2011 ? , I visited a cute Yarn shop in White River Junction, Vermont. I believe it is now sadly closed, beautiful neck of the woods. Loved your reference to the “Frog Pond” , I finally frogged a 10 year old unfinished project and it felt liberating! Good for you. As always I enjoyed your video.

Junction Fiber Mill has such an interesting story. I'm knitting away on my test knit and the Anthology Throw and a baby blanket! Can't wait to see your test knit next time;)
I'm so jealous, Marie! I live in Tennessee, and I think everyone in the country has gotten snow this year but us. I'm always impressed with the beautiful DK socks you knit--- especially without a pattern. The Confectionery scarf really would put a smile on your face! Thanks for another fun episode! 💚

I’m so glad you talked about frogging those projects. It has only been recently that I have started doing that when something isn’t quite right. It’s only knitting, after all. No one will get hurt if it’s frogged! I also love Junction Fiber Mill. Their podcast is good and their Making Tracks is beautiful. Want to get to Wayland sometime. Heard about that first on JFM pod. Thanks for your excellent podcast.

I think the more it's talked about, the easier it is to frog things that don't bring us joy instead of pushing through and ending up with something we don't love. Have you heard of the Moonlight Cardigan by Minimi Knit Design? It has the same garter element, but the row gauge is bigger which might help it seem drapier. I love Junction Fiber Mill! Their making tracks yarn is so fun!

I love my navy one which I also made in Wagtail yarns but the Australian one which has the most beautiful mohair and merino blend yarns. It is the softest yarn I have ever used.
