Very informative video. I did not realize that the mobility aids cost double in Cebu compared to Canada. That P230K power wheelchair costs C$2,600 here ordered from Amazon. It would be cheaper for you to fly here in Canada, buy the chair and fly back home...with the power wheelchair :)
I wonder how much that Hoyer Lift (07:30) cost. I had to ship one to Phil for a family member. Great video, lots of modern and high quality mobility equipment. Once again great video & thanks for sharing.
I have been pushed for less that 5 kilometers in my Philippine assembled wheelchair and the left wheel solid tire broke in two pieces while the cyclists travel from Dagupan to Ilocos with hardly a case of flat tire.
Sorry to hear that Maam, if you can fix your tires put some liquid sealant on it Kobe Tire sealant as thats what they put on bicycles and motorcycles so tires last longer and if you got flat tires it instantly seals.

@@villagepeoplephilippines My son fixed the wheels (actually both wheels are now damaged) using glue gun stick and zip ties.
