Awesome work! Possibly the best trance related youtube channel around for learning producers! :)
Thanks man, looks like your channel is blowing up. Good work.
why don't u create a subscription based tutorial site, like dunno vandalism-sounds.com, I would gladly pay for u monthly 10 bucks for all these things here, respect man, anyway Patreon has been set/sent (a share-able google drive with all the .flps would be nice reward, "For every one that asketh, receiveth; and he that seeketh, findeth." :) ) keep it up
for sure!
no kidding :)
"how to make simple bassline"
proceeds to make complete trance loop in 40 minutes
Вообще огонь...😬❤🔥💯
max comeback man hope life is treating you well brother miss your stuff
Nothing like the power of trance
To be honest this is the best video I ever seen in 6 years of studying music producing. #NoTalkNeeded.
I learn more watching an hour of Max at play, than 5 hours of anyone else. The problem with having watched this first thing Monday morning is that I can't see my week getting any better :-D
Are you still making this Extremely Amazing Music ❤❤❤❤❤❤?
simple?! this is one of the powerful basslines ever
Max, we need new tutorials man I have yet to see anyone with the same quality of trance fl studio tutorials
Dude, it's absolutely amazing! I barely manage to keep track of what's going on, but I definitely love your stuff! :) Please, keep going!!!
I love this. Trance always reminds me of a video game. Specifically MegaMan and Sonic the Hedgehog ❤❤❤
Wow,nice💥🎧🎵🚀
i need this as a full track.. soo good
Jesus fucking christ what a talent bro. I miss these videos and the livestreams as well 😢
track sounds very cool, reminding of some early 2000' tunes
You are the best Max. Your talent should not be wasted. I hope you are doing well and going forward. Happy new year.
What a monster. Keep working on this Max
Why no new music!? Your music has always been top notch Trance! ♥️
You are a professional and genius I hope you will return to the production of music Trance
Max ! Your skills are amazing !
Loving it !
Thank you - i teached from you how to make those uplifting basslines !
Sounds great
perfect bassline
love your file names Max haha Pretty good tutorial if you ask me. Well done!
Nice video, but I don't quite understand what is happening with that Fruity love philter - for example at 5:18 - why is the last envelope point at level 0 / bottom. If I try to replicate, sound goes away and can't hear anything.
Oh cool, I love the DPTE sample pack...bought it a few weeks ago
This helped me so much, cheers Max!
Really good work
cool to see you back on youtube.
Happy New Year Max Braiman! I Still Love Your Music!
Are you sure that it is a simple basses? Your simple ones are alike pro bass tutorial =)) thanks a lot. You helped me a lot

This sounds so interesting! Thank you, Max!
beautiful, loved every part
Great Tutorial as always Max, keep it up :)
Thank you 4 tutorials! Max, u are great!!!
Hi. Can you show me how to write in a Progressive Trance style using a DUNE 3 synthesizer
Thank you for sharing the secret sauce.
Hey Max, hope you're doing well and hope you still do some more videos in the future
Great job
Which key do you press so quickly on the keyboard?
Wowww man! Very great job! :)
Incredible the best producer on youtube you use everything very simple and thus it is easier to create sounds maybe you give me your credits to work with your tutos ☻
Спасибо!
Fuck this guy is good. Incredible. Freakin incredible. Does he have an album or something?
Wild I wish I could send u mine
Hey Max, ever tried making something in the style of Audien or Bluestone?
dude, you are my idol!!!
Could you show the patches you user for the fabfilter saturn in your master channel?
alright! another tutorial!
great
lovely
Ты супер!
Can I get the kick sample?
Could it be possible for you to make an Anjunabeats progressive trance tutorial? Audien, Arty, Jaytech style? Maybe even Cosmic Gate style?
That would be a nice one. Also a melodic Ambient like Talamanca, Roald Velden, Valentin type
Mickey Davenport Talanca has some sick productions
I am missing braiman Videos :'(....
That's awesomeere
Hey Max, what did you exactly do from 24:55 till 25:05?
He change the key sounds of the notes to create it more sounds like the scale he made in
Where do you get the acapellas, could you please tell me?
this is amazing :)
thanks for this Tutorial
Why are you don’t perform and travel around the world with your music and sets like Armin / PvD ???
I missed you so fucking much man!!! (how 2 make country musik.flp lol)
Hi Max! Your music skills are amazing!
is it okay if i use some parts of your tracks for my youtube videoes and intro?
keep up the amazing production!
Sure
Thank you! And thank you for your amazing tutorials. If u one day share your latest pluck, i got to get it. It gives me goosebumps.
What kind of presets are you using in fabfilter saturn in the máster channel?
❤️❤️❤️
FLP en mensaje?
Nice tutorial thank you very much
Sorry which plugin do you use for bassline ? 🙄
Spire, sylenth1, anyone.......
Max great sound. You might want to checkout our cousin's work,
Sadie Koninsky.
This reminds me of ISOS 4
I've just remind - in my opinion - your best track - Tryptamine
remember it from enhanced sessions - back then is summer 2012
Ahhhhh yes!
"SIMPLE"
Amazing,
one question ..may be someone asked you before but still, why do u use Par EQ from fl, instead of others? i think it sounds much more better with pro-q for example, or it's only for videos ) ?
It doesnt make a difference sound wise, Pro-q has more functions so its better in mastering or if you need to do very extreme EQing to fix a sound, I just avoid it unless I need it, saves cpu
thanx
yes, it really saves, but 6 spires ) my cpu would die ))
I've never seen you use Grossbeat ? Any specific reason or you just choose to use Love Filter ?
Ive used it in my other videos, love philter has more flexibility when it comes to sidechain, adjusting the curves on grossbeat feels really weird but its still good for stutter/glitch effects
Max Braiman I went deep in love filter and honestly as you've mentioned the Sidechain on love is much more flexible and we could make it sound so much better. From now on it's all Love Filter ✌
Thanks Max !
✅
just curious, is it normal to spread out your sounds so wide using Ozone 7, instead of widening them on the individual tracks?
I would normally take my time and pan them out naturally and use less widening in ozone, just for the sake of saving time I did it this way and there's nothing wrong with that in my opinion. I find that imaging can really fill out the stereo field more than manually panning can.
cool thanks for your insight on this
+Max Braiman yes I've seen a lot use Ozone for this instead it still sounds good. also you think rolling off causes phasing I know if you mic up instruments it happens but syths probably not so much maybe
Hi Producer friends. I had a question hope this doesn't sound naive. I've seen people use multiple layers, send to a bus, then compress, eq, even go as far as adding another bus for delay and reverb which I understand and know how to do but if you make a Fat sound using all 4+ oscillators/rev/delay in Synth do you really need to layer more and if so do you still need to use same DAW plugins again? I know the other sounds layered use 1 or 2 oscillators and then group them etc but what's the difference anyone better than the other?
Personally I would use a mix bus for the bass as glue compressing them all together works better for me. Also I like to use a send bus for reverb, just to keep it a little different reverb sounds in the mix. Whatever works for you though, they're aren't no rules.
Layering is generally meant to create a unique groove, different patterns. I try to avoid using the same pattern again in another synth, the sound itself can be layered internally like you said with the 4 different oscillators. If you are going to use a duplicate pattern I suggest adding a different movement to it using like phasers and chorus. Ideally you would buss all your layers to one mixer group except the sub bass, and either saturate or compress/limit them to get a more consistent level of volume, I recommend saturating because you wont flatten your transients as much and you will gain extra harmonics, closer to an analog sound.
+Max Braiman Thanks for this I appreciate it. I am using FF Saturn but was sending sub to mix bus as well I believe. Also saw LFO Tool trick on how to keep the beginning of transient by shaping it into a V. Thanks again
+Ryan Kay Thanks that is my technique actually just noticed if I use all 4 oscillators and give it a delay and reverb from Spire it sounds great. I personally don't like Logic's reverb but I'm buying Valhalla's soon so I'll bus them into that instead. Cheers
Valhalla room and vintage are great, they are my go to ones :)!
My pc is clipping when im running multiple spires in FL 12. Is it time for an upgrade and what kind of processor is recommended for this application?
Cheers
7700k, get a closed loop liquid cooler and overclock it. I can run like 20+ spires on my 6700k. also make sure you are using FLasio or your interface asio in settings, not primary soundcard driver
Cool man that acualy worked abit at least! Got so inspired by this tutorial I even made a lil beat myself :p
instaud.io/1rBD
flp pleyse
You are so fast :)
Было бы конечно легче если ты озвучивал ) а так видео супер
I hear freedom
How such a powerful bass !!! ??? , from an empty space)
👍
👏👏👏👂✌️
Electric
I'm going to copy this method in my own way. Trance gets so hard to mix when every part just starts becoming a wall of reverb and delays
I get you. And I also just realised that the mid basses must be cut way higher up than I ever knew.
give download source flp
Bro yiu should be one if tge top.. But you are desapeared
40 min video with no voice explaining anything. I hate to be that guy, but to me this is more like "watch me make music" more than being a tutorial. Don't get me wrong, it sounds amazing, but I have no idea how I'd learn from this.
The best way of learning is to practice : ) watching people in their workflow helps me alot.
He is making a track from scratch , watching this is more worthy , if you need to learn the techcal stuff you gona makes notes ..
Agree with Justin Do.
You can learn from this video what exactly you should do to achieve same result. Try to reproduce it and listen to intermediate results.
That's interesting because I prefer less/no talking in tutorials as it's distracting from what's really happening. Plus it saves time because the uploader can just get in the zone without having to stop every few seconds to explain what they're doing.
What exactly is the point of leaving a comment to say "you learnt nothing"?
