Dr. Berry I am no one, but I hold you in the highest regard and you brought a tear to my eye when you became the first Medical Practitioner that I have ever known to admit you were wrong and publicly confessed to causing physical harm to patients!!! Man, I wish you were my Doc, I have been following you for a while Sir, thank you for all you do! You should take that segment and make a short from it...the world needs to see how a proper physician should act!

He is a very humble man. My doctor told me a few years ago I could just eat meat. He moved to a different town & now I wish I had understood what he was trying to teach me then. Lol. It seems so foreign at that point in time. I think he had been doing his own research.

My friend at the knitting group had just tested really high for pre-diabetes when she saw me after the lock-down after 4 months and 20 kgs down on the keto diet. She thought, either she has cancer or I have to talk with her. I told her all the food she can eat and under 20 carbs a day. She is now 7 months in and lost 25kg. When she went back to her doctor, who advised her to do it with medication, she was astounded and told her to carry on with what she was doing, and refused to take any money for the appointment as she had done nothing.

It's a shame that these doctors see the results from low carb diets, life changing results that take them off or keep them off of meds, but they don't tell their other patients how to fix their ailments. They continue to prescribe them these dangerous meds.

I had a burst appendix, and gout.. and it's a toss-up on which was more painful. I also had diabetes, and edema in my lower legs, and it wasn't pleasant, but nothing compared to gout. At the worst, it felt like the skin would split, but I could stand, and wear shoes. Could not do that when I had a gout flare-up.
Good news is.. all these issues have the same solution.. eat meat, drink water, and weight drops, gout disappears, diabetes gets under control, edema disappears.

Hi, It very well be the grains etc. that the hogs are fed when they are alive. I have an allergy to Latex and have to be very selective when eating meats. Latex is a sap from a lot of plants, However most people are unaware that a lot of our vegetables, fruits, and nuts absorbs latex and we eat on a daily basis. Pork is usually are fed grains etc. which has a lot of Latex in them. The hog passes the latex on to us after it builds up in its flesh that we eat. I would suggest the person (or anyone) who is allergic to certain meats, that they go to a dermatologist and be tested for Latex allergy. There is a lot of information on which foods that has latex in them. You may find that these plants etc. that we eat may be your answer.

In one session, I learned about two "odd" experiences since going carnivore 3.5 months ago! Plague behind my front lower teeth and crystals coming out of my skin...BOTH were noticeable and caused questions for me...had no idea they was related to my change in diet! Have lost 15 pounds and feel great. Also have far less pain from broken bones in my foot from car accident since going carnivore!
    Thank you for your insight!

My Dad always said "If you don't like black coffee, you don't like coffee!" I was raised on black coffee, but when the flavored creamers came out, I wanted to try them. Now I have to have it creamy and sweet. Thank God for MCT8 oil (I use powdered) a few drops of stevia and sometimes a little natural orange flavoring. I still want to get back to black.

A friend's husband is diabetic and lost a leg due to diabetes. I tried to give them all the information to help. He told me he finally found an endroconoligist he liked. Told me at his first visit his Dr said his wife was on him that morning due to his BG being 235. He thought it was great! I gave up. He'd rather use insulin to lower his BG than do without and maintain what health he has so he can see his young children grow up. SMDH.

Around 58:00 a person asked about their high triglycerides and Dr. Berry responded. I have learned (from Dr. William Davis) that when a person is in the process of losing weight, which I imagine may have been the case (or at least Dr. Berry should have asked if that is the case) then your triglycerides can temporarily increase as fat is mobilized during the period of weight loss. Dr. Davis says one should not get their lipid panel, trigs, etc. tested until weight has stabilized for at least one or two months. Otherwise, your numbers could turn out "wonky" and be misleading.
