If you go to 5:21 in the video where he is screwing down the entire assembly, you will see the silver ring sitting on top of the red crossbar. This is wrong . The lower silver ring goes under the red and the red is sandwiched in between the upper silver section "horn ring" and the lower silver ring with the 3 threaded sections. MAKE SURE the top silver ring section that has a little foot on it is pushing down on the little horn pin he pushed on with his screwdriver at 4:18. This video shows the assembly as it should be. th-cam.com/video/jrS5I4IEmDo/w-d-xo.html
Resolved. Undernath the star screw is supposed to be a rod ( .22x 3.75) . Mine was missing. I replaced it with a piece of 1/4" welding rod, flux removed, slightly grinded and cut to length, and lightly greased. Works great.
Thank you so much. I thought I had a major issue until I saw this video.
Thanks Donald. This was driving me crazy until I realized the locking screws were missing. Thanks for the insite!!!!!

Is your horn working? I believe that the metal part with 3 holes for large screws should go bellow the red adjusting part.
This is correct
Thank You

Hello, I tried this out, but the steering wheel is still moving back and forward.
