Hi, nice quick video ! I have a DD15 with SPN 3659 FMI 5 injector cylinder #1 spill control valve ("amplifier"), circuit open. What does ISC% stands for? Your values are reading 0, mines are -5,-6,-5,0,5,11. Also Injector Code returned values are invalid "??????" for all 6 injectors. I have changed the injector harness, problem still on. Any advice?
@@alreyindustries I'm pressing the READ option first and Injector Code returned values are invalid "??????" for all 6 injectors. Tried on a different truck with no injector fault codes, the Injector Codes are showing. Should I proceed with replacing injector#1. Will then the reading values will be correct after ?
😳 Well, I would recommend everyone look up the torque specs for their specific engine in the manual. Perhaps I am wrong. I have not had any problems with the injectors I’ve done, but thanks for the input. 👍
@@alreyindustries sorry but your injector torque is wrong. Its 15 ft lbs and then 90 degrees. This is the issue with ppl making youtube vids and giving out correct info

If you read the above response someone already “corrected” me and I said I’m sorry if I’m wrong, but everyone should go by the manual not by my video for specs. If you want to make a video with correct specs go ahead, but don’t be overly critical.

You are wrong. Injectors need to be torqued down to 15 pounds then you add 90ﾟ turn

Why would there be torque specification then if your just going to ignore them and tighten till you think it’s right
