The bright sun is attractive☀. I find it attractive enough to complete after 1 hour and 10 minutes👌. In any case, it's a beautiful work.✨

this one is proving deceptively challenging to get the colors and blending right... especially the sky! I'll get it tho! when we doing the floral still life?? I love flowers, especially roses, but my paintings of them always seem to fall short. feel free to use any of my IG posts for a reference photo. Glad your back to painting! Back pain is the absolute worst.. I have degenerative disc disease and there are days it hurts so bad I can hardly even stand. I am sorry you have had to live with pain that prevents you from doing normal daily activities. your landscapes have provided a much needed calm escape from the daily grind and the madness that is happening across the US right now... please continue to make more of these... we gotta grow this channel... you deserve more views and followers! ... Ill see if I can't promote you on Quora... I have a pretty decent viewer base there ... under the IG name.

Thanks Sean, much appreciated. I’m in an exhibition next month so hopefully I will film that for everyone. To give people some practical tips. But I will try to add some flower 🌸 tutorials for you. I’m glad the tutorials help you through and take your mind off things. Look after yourself 👍

@@MSTEWARTPAINTINGS oh nice... I will be looking forward to seeing some videos from your exhibition for sure! hope it gets you some good exposure..
no hurry on the flowers, I'm not going anywhere, not for a while at least.. but at some point that would be really great. can't wait to see what kind of works you produce for the show!!
also... I was a personal trainer for 8 year before the pandemic and I can say with complete confidence that the best thing you can do for yourself long term to both recover from your current injury situation and prevent future incidents and pain, is to start following a strength training program. lifting weights for 30 minutes 2 times a week focusing on major muscle groups - glutes, quads/hams, back - lats and traps, chest and perform multi joint compound movements, preferably with free weight barbell exercises. if you do not have lifint experience then finding a qualified local trainer who has experience working with people who have had back injuries and chronic pain following... that part is crucial. the right trainer will ensure you lift with correct form and design a program tailored to your specific situation and goals. while I'd love to help, that is really something that can only be done in person, hands on. online training, in my opinion, is a load of bull. but do let me know if you have any specific questions about that. good luck to you.
