Good video.the hay looks good. And the new tractor is doing a good job pulling the chisel plow. I need to be cutting hay but it's still wet and rain chance about all week.
Id do this for free ,just looks fun and so satisfying. Lucky man to have a job working for family. Hard work and you do great at it . Keep it up brother. Mad respect from Maine
Hi Trenton, and thanks for the great video. Big improvement with the audio, so money well spent on your new mic. Nice to see you out in the field getting some mowing and chisel plowing done, plus the new tractor seems to manage very well with plenty of power. Hope the weather stays good and you get started on your planting. Thanks from Scotland.
The power plus (or whatever they call it) is nice, no matter what color the tractor. Rubber rolls are great for alfalfa, but the flails are better for straight grass hay. Flails can beat the leaves off of alfalfa. I've never run steel rollers, but some people like them. Great video, young man, and enjoy your meals on wheels in the cab! I eat most of my lunches in the tractor seat. And a few afternoon snacks...🤣🤣👍👍
It’s is great to see a young man in this day and age that works as hard as you do we need more young people like you in our country. Thanks for the great video
Farm "kids". Or FFA/4H kids. I love helping with my local events that those young people are participating in. It restores my faith in the future. Doesn't matter if it's a Blue Jacket or a Green Clover, all great young people. Help them out if you get the chance.
Hey Trenton, I love all your videos, keep on doing this! It is so nice, that you could make some hay and work in the fields. Here in south Germany we had du much rain during the last weeks and some areas are still flooded. So I can only work in the vineyards at the moment. Many greetings from a micro sheep-vine-fruit-farm! Keep on farming 🚜
I have a question, hope you can answer that for me. In most every farming video from the US I watch, farmers use these single row mowers despite having huge meadows to mow down. Here in Germany, it's become almost a common practice to use triple combos with a front and a butterfly rear mower, even on smaller land (and both privatly owned or done via an agricultural contractor). So I was wondering why this seemingly isn't common in the US, despite the large land to cover.
Trent, the mic seems to pick a lot of the surrounding noise. Audio was a bit tinny sounding. To be fair, any mic has to work hard with louder machinery around you. Have you tried a Bluetooth mic, earbuds or clip-on will have more Directional capability built-in. Also being that its closer your mouth, it'll pick you up better. Any mic you get however, must have Noise Reduction features built in, so nothing for you to set up. I find the Two most important mic features are; Directional and Noise Reduction. You really get what you pay for, when it comes to electronic stuff and none are inexpensive.
New audio is great - the sound is crisp and not muddy. . .
Nice to see you back the audio is good looks like a nice crop of Alfalfa. Looks like you had a long day.
Good to see you again! Great video!

Audio is great. You're flying along with the chisel plough, nice work.
Thank you for explaining everything so well and clearly, now I understand the difference between steel rollers and rubber rollers
Must be very satisfying working the ground.
