these guys are sailing from Norway to reach England. Vikings come from Scandinavia which is Finland, Norway, Sweden, and Denmark
Finland is not Scandinavia and they sail from Denmark, Ragnar is danish but his sons represent Norway since their mother is Norwegian

Ragnar lothbrok was danish, it was mostly Denmark who invaded England and even took over England entirely with the Dane-law. The show for some reason mentions ragnars sons as Norwegian at one point in the last season of the show.
Ragnar wasn’t technically “danish”, he was a danish legend. Ragnar most likely did not exist, ivar and the rest of the sons are a different story.
