Seen the Isuzu full of Milwaukee tools today, amazing 😯! The best thing is asking you questions for tools you use every day! It gives me confidence in buying my tools I need!
Great video - Surprised to see you are only 3 videos and 30 subscribers into the world of youtube!
The intro and general quality of this video suggested you would have been much further into the youtube world!
Watching from the UK - this and the Hikoki battery only nailers are going to take over in the next 2 years.
Thumbs up.
Thanks, Ryan-That’s a huge compliment! We’re really glad you enjoyed the video, and definitely agree that cordless job sites are the future.
I realized this issue the first day. Thanks for the hack man. Much appreciated.
You’re very welcome!
I absolutely LOVE my Milwaukee 18g brad nailer but this framing nailer is exceptionally heavy. For all the hate the Dewalt gets, it’s actually almost 20% lighter then this gun here.
All the.... I hate waiting for it to FIRE!!!
As an owner of both Dewalt and Milwaukee guns, I can confirm that milwaukee is much more powerful and strkes faster.
Yea, I hold the dewalt roofing gun in my hand and I felt like Thor when he was unable to lift his hammer, disappointed as for my line of work(fencing ) way to heavy
I didn't like the weight either at first. After the first week I was fine. I still haven't a jam in 3 months. I use my nailer everyday. I call her the Red Rocket 🚀 or Big Red
It might be a simple thing to do but it would had been great if you showed the actual cutting on the clip holder modification.
It really looks like it's a OEM part. Hopefully milwaukee is watching and starting making them like that.
This way you don't void any of milwaukee 5 yrs warranty, LOL
Thanks for the video
He didn't show the modification being done with the dremel tool because there's no way on earth his was modified using a dremel tool. That was clearly done using a milling machine or other machine tool - not freehand.
Metabo HPT nails r my go to
Great video you nailed it!!!
😂 Thank you!
How did he nail it, he showed us fuckall and never fired a nail
Ight guys this might sound crazy but idk if I didn’t notice at first or it happened magically after watching this video but mine is missing that chunk of plastic that is shown on the first magazine…. I just got this tool 2 days ago and haven’t even used it..
Man, my extended magazine on my 30 degree does NOT hold 2 full racks of oaslode nails. When loading an empty mag it will, but once the dryfire lockout engages with those few nails leftover, it won’t take two more strips. Defeats the whole point of having an extended magazine… will have to try this out to see if I can get it to actually load. Thank you!
It worked! Just used my multitool to notch it out. Definitely should be done at the factory. Thanks man
I’ve had the same problem with 2 3/8” pad lose ringshanks, I have to cut one nail of the rack to fit them in. Thanks!
Can we get a video on how you actually did it so I can do the same to mine
U r a genius
Great tip.
I need your workshop
Very nice! I want to order the 21 degree for a shed build. I saw your trailer in the FB Packout group, really nice! Thanks for the tip! What are your thoughts on the weight? I figure any extra weight is worth the trade off of having to collect and setup a compressor and hose and looking for an outlet plus extensions.
Hey Anthony. thanks for the compliment. i dont mind the weight personally.. many advantages to not having cords and hoses tangled up all over the job site.
I looked at the 21 degree gun as well, but don't want to use plastic collated nails. It can (and does) act like shrapnel when fired. Plus, around here i can only find 21 degree nails.
How? How did you hang the nailer? I am trying to find a home in my work van for it and I haven't found an orientation I am in love with yet.
Here you go Jeff. These things are awesome.

@@davidtanner8002 those are slick. Kinda wish I would have seen those first! Bought a 3d printer just to print tool holders and stuff actually. The problem with the nail gun it doesn't work with anything that I have found... He pulled it straight off a rack some way... I wonder how.
@@jeffweingartner7979 the rack we used is the perch mount
@@jeffweingartner7979 His are pretty slick. I was able to hang both my 30° Framing and 18 Brad on Everbilt pegboard power tool hangers from Home Depot. They were $2.50.
The exact name is "5 in. Peggable Vinyl Coated Power Tool Holder 1/8 in Peg" I'm Using metal pegboards from wall control though. Standard boards would probably break.
Awesome video! Can the same be done on the mag of the 21 degree version?
Not sure but my gut tells me yes 😂
0:26 why does the magazine show 30-34°?
It will accept 30-34 degree nails
I break the nails 2 add a few more that does me
I feel like i would rather just load one strip with a second still in my hand, shoot 3 nails into what I’m nailing, slide the other strip on and send it. No modifications and only takes literally a second.
The milwaukee is too heavy, don't matter if you're a beast, nobody can wing that thing around for long.
We frame 100% with these nailers and got adjusted to the additional weight right away. I guess they aren’t for everyone though.
All of that talking and explaining just to get eight more nails in the clip I guess it made sense
Probably milwaukee will buy you patent
Pointless
