      facts lol. working out and dieting isnt easy bro. i decided to drop bread for good its been 2 months and i feel great. working out 2-3 times a weeks. nothing major just enough to do something. im 36 with 2 kids now so i feel like i need to set and example for them lol. 3 months to berely see any results so people talking smack for 3 weeks aint never done shit lol. keep the grind going quang.

    😂😂😂😂 people dont know how good it is to press 90s thats actually incredibly solid for someone jumping back in after three weeks and on a cut. For results give it at least 2 to 3 months to see major results i just hope the baby being born doesnt stop the working out and diet anyways keep it up brotha your a beast

    Keep going at your pace, bro. This is a lifetime change. If you go too extreme, your body and mind will break, and you may lose your discipline and forfeit all your progress.

    For around 8 months I starved myself trying to force my weight loss... i lost 40kgs(88lbs) in those 8 months but I then realised that i was just getting skinnier without paying any attention to my physique which is why for men lifting is really important as well.     I used to be overweight but managed to lose and kept it off for 30 years now just by taking long (2 mile) daily walks and eating what I love but in moderation. When I asked a 95 year old street vendor in Hanoi how she was able to stay healthy and vibrant for so long and her reply was simply, "don't eat so much"...🤔 The approach/method you choose has to be sustained for life!

Honestly I think a lot of people don't understand that as long as it fits your macros you can eat whatever you want. Probably not the most healthy diet ever but at the end of the day, calories in vs calories out is what drives weight loss.

      @isaacruatpuia4182 First off I think cardio is important for health in general and is good for you. But you don't need cardio to lose weight lol. I thought it was necessary back in the day because I was doing it everyday and was losing weight so I thought it was the only way. Then I got very sick and gained back the weight due to meds, and tried to do cardio even harder than before but kept gaining weight. Then realised my diet was the thing that was different - I could eat a whole pizza at night. Changed my diet and lost the weight. Yes cardio helps but it's not necessary I learnt the hard way.
