Thank you for this video, just recently got a 1971 Chev Kingswood and this part had me scratching my head. We dont have many in Australia.

that was super interesting. have wondered how these things worked. the fullsize clamshell GM wagons were really unique...and shared the tailgate tech across all the GM lines. also interesting were the convertible full size GM cars of the same era...the scissor top was shared across all the lines as well. last of the really big GM cars...went out with a bang with some great tech on oddly the least produced models - the wagons and convertibles. Thx for showing your car
