I don't remember what happened right after I summited payment, but I received 2 emails on the day I filed and paid. One was from limitedonline saying my articles of organization had been filed electronically and gave me a corporate filing number. The email reminded me to file an annual report and get an EIN. I also got a donotreply that gave me a payment receipt. Months later I received annual report filing notices.
I don't understand. Are you filing your business as a Florida business from India? I am unsure how that would work. I am a Florida resident and my business operates in Florida. I designated myself as a registered agent. That´s all I know.

You will receive the certificate from the state. I think I downloaded it? I can´t remember. But those notices are private companies who have no authority and are trying to look official, with some even trying to look like they are government or State of Florida. They have deadlines and some are meant to look like bills. I think we should report these companies to the State and the Better Business Bureau.

you can find someone in Florida who will act as a registered agent. There are many companies that does that for an annual fee.

if I delayed the effective date of the LLC do I get my tax ID right away
The tax id(is the EIN number) Sunbiz is just for your LLC

You can use any name you come up with as long as it’s not taken by someone else. So yes, you can use your name if you like.

I don't remember how long it took exactly because I filed a while ago. But I don't think it took more than 3-4 business days.
Hello, for the business address can it be a virtual address?
I don´t think so because it can´t be a PO Box. It has to be physical address. But I am not 100% sure. I am like 95% sure.
