It took me 76 days to get mine and I have to drive 120 miles to a dealer to get it. I purchased my Fairytale Split/King in December of 22. Beautiful instrument and very professionally built.

Thanks Jon. I’ve been thinking about getting a lap steel for awhile now. After all, lap steel players are in high demand in Hawaii. Sweetwater just started distributing Duesenberg guitars so I’m getting excited.

It’s not a dive bomber Jon but its got a great range and expression extremely stable and it’s much more effective than a Bigsby. It fits in minutes in place of your tailpiece.

Jon I built a lapsteel out of some old left over wood. I need to get practicing more. I might try open D I had it in drop D but maybe that's to change

I have the same and it makes much more humm from the pickups then any of my other guitars
