Supreme court should have asked these basic questions for written answers ahead of court start time.
Body was not handed over to parents rather it was cremated under Whom ? Pls see tha fact honourable court .There should be laywers representing Parents of the deceased.Justice will not be delivered otherwise
Police can not file FIR in such cases...or do they have to wait till parents file....parents were only ready to file at 11. 45 pm in night..this is what advocate is saying..in cases like this body should be kept in mobile mortuary instead of cremating.. victim deserve justice
