    It has been my observation when I watch cooking shows that there are MANY viewers who bash/contradict what the cook is doing. Whether you are Tagalog,Ilocano,Bisaya etc. please realize that THAT is her/his version of cooking and DO NOT generalize that there is only one way of cooking a recipe based on your ethnicity. Let us all respect what/how they do it and let us all adjust according to everyone’s taste.Just saying.

      Sa igado nman po tlaga kasabay lang iluto ang liver kc ako ung karne ng baboy at liver pinagsasama ko un imarinate sa pineapple juice ska igisa at pakuluan gang lumambot..depende na po un sa way ng pagluto kung ayaw mo maovercook ihuli mo ilagay ung liver.

    Hindi magandang mag bigay nang negative comment, but Kung ako ang mag luluto niyan, I will put the water after gisahin ang baboy with onions and garlic for about 10 to 15 minutes, bring it to a boil, kasi baboy iyan, then proceed with the rest.

    Agree naman ako sa mga comments, sharing recipes means giving us idea. Mostly me choice nman tayong mag luluto, ano ung ayaw nting isama na ingredients ksi sa totoo lng, depende yan sa mga panlasa natin. Thank you for sharing this recipe Lian. I'm ilocana, nag luluto din kmi ng igado but its worth trying naman yong version mo :) pero gawin ko yan pag nag bakasyon ako pra complete ingredients, medyo mlayo ksi ako sa asian stores dito 😊

    Ganyan din natutunan ko sa late husband ko coz ilokano din cya. Ginaya ko den katagalan, naka sanayan kna laging lutuin ang igadong ilokokano. Pti ang pakbet nla super sarap at natutunan ko din cyang lutuin. I love ilokano dish!😊😋😊👍👍

    hindi po ganyan mag luto ng igado. wala pong cube na nilalagay. at yung laman at taba ng baboy hiwalay. yung niluto niya parang menudo. ang igado ng ilocano kahit dimo yan lagay sa ref mas masarap pa yan kinabukasan. pag may handaan kami lagi nilang reguest, pinakbet at igadu.

      Kasi hindi available oyster sauce sa probinsya at ang authentic igado wala talagang oyster sauce but using it will enhanced the flavour of the food. Lia n I hoped you won't be discourage by the negative comments instead use these neg. comments to better your videos. Happy eating!

      Celestina Libed upload mo nga ang version mo baka magka viral pa dito, agen lalaing na naman itong mukong na ito, depende sa panlasa na gusto mo, parang kape lang ang pagluluto kanya kanyang panlasa, iba may asukal iba wala, may oyster sauce o wala ang alin mang menu di sapat na version na ng Ilocano or Kapampangan or alin mang cuisine, bopols mga ito

    You did a good job. Whether it's Ilocano style medyo debatable yan kasi nilagyan mo ng oyster sauce. Tama ang pag-gisa mo kasi pinatuyo mo siya para mag-caramelize yung natural juice ng karne para maalis ang lansa nito (according to my mom) before you added some water to tenderize the meat. The end result looks very yummy.
