1/2 kg Pork pigue
1/4 kg Pork heart
1 pc carrots
1/3 cup bell pepper
5 tbsp soy sauce
1 pack Mama Sita's oyster sauce 30 ml
4 tbsp vinegar
1 t 2 tbsp calamansi juice
10 cloves garlic
1 medium onion
1 tbsp Patis
black pepper
4 laurel leaves
1 1/2 cup water

🎉I'm pure Ilocano and a cook too,when we'll cooked igado we don't add laurel leaves,we don't add atsweti oil,we marinate not less than 2 hours,we add liver spread and potato slices like strip like french fries then add small faty part of pork lesser quantity than pure meat of pork,don't forget to put sugar to lengthen the shelf life,thanks ma'am for introducing our recipe an original lutong Ilocano !!!

Imposibleng wala ring nag react na bicolano sa version ng iba sa bicol express diba? Wag lang talaga gate keeper.. And wag din sabihin na authentic if nalaman lang natin sa iba..

May kanya kanya ding style or proseso Ng pag iigado.kami Po Iba din... Sa halip atswete tomato sauce Po mga 2 or 3 table spoon.dipendi sa Dami Ng gagawin.
