Only jaw surgery can change your face like this
You can have small cosmetic procedures like a frenectomy, the cutting of the connective piece between the gum and your upper lip inside your mouth. Cutting it makes your upper lip contract less when you smile. You could also have gum contouring done, where your gum tissue is cut and reshaped.
Can we achieve same results with tads I have slight gummy smile but when I close my mouth philrum looks very long which make my face look masculine if I had tads for gummy smile will that correct that too?

Hi Doc, I have two in my lower jaw, but in one of my mini screw area I am getting infected again and again..I have pain all time that side.. Is it normal?

It really depends on the diagnosis on TMJ. Everyone has TMJs luckily not everyone has TMDs
