I was installing an update when it automatically went to the download screen. I was on that screen because I was watching a TH-cam video that told me to factory reset my Note 10 plus because the bottom half of my screen the touch screen quit working and only the very top was working so I tried to factory reset it and it went to an RDX mode and I did what TH-cam tell me on that and then it took me to this screen but the difference between what everybody else is green and my screen is mine says fpr lock and also mine says fuse set instead of fuse blown like I have seen all over but never anything that matches mine

I know how to get out of that screen, I have done it multiple times but my touchscreen still isn't working so I start the whole process over because all the videos say that I downloaded a bad app well that is the only one that makes sense out of all the other reasons.

I turned off before going to bec. I went back to turn on. This is what I saw. Mine had chinese/Japanese words and 10 barcodes. It was downloading something. It was as if somebody else was controlling my device. I didn't touch those keys at sane time. I drove to my friends to take a photo but it turned off by itself as I was driving with my two hands in the wheel.

here is my resolved steps what i did with Software Update on Smartswitch apps on Windows PC.
1. Disable your biometrics, pin passcode, or any security on the phone, so basically just disable all your security function.
2. Use only original USB in-the-box unit and your PC/Laptop USB 3.0 (with faster speed).
3. Open up SmartSwitch on your PC.
4. Connect the both USB connector to your phone and PC.
5. Click Update on SmartSwitch and wait.
6. Once it hit 100% downloaded, your phone should reboot into downloading page with a tiny progress bar below it.
7 you can observe the percentage of downloading on your PC , once it is hit 100% you may see the Progress Bar start moving on your phone.
