Nice video but Samsung doesn’t update their app software. You are pretty much stuck with what it has when you buy it. We have had ours for 3 years and there is never an update available. They pretty much force you to buy a new tv if you want anything new. Ripoff. Our Samsung TV’s LED caps are falling off on the inside of the tv giving us white dots all over our screen while viewing. We are are in the market now looking for a new one. I can assure you it will not be a Samsung. Junk quality and no updates.

@@mitchellgarcia4061 my hbo max wasn’t opening so I went to the settings on my apps & deleted it, then I I reinstalled it & it said that my tv was out of storage so I deleted a lot of apps that I didn’t use, installed hbo again & it worked you should try that

I wish some1 could help me. I just bought my son a 2nd hand smart tv it's 2015 I just found out jvc. I can play netflix no problem or BBC I player. But youtube I can sign in I can see everything I've watched but none of the videos play the screen just goes black. I'm guessing the browser is out of date but I've no clue how to sort it other than maybe buying a stick that has all apps on surely that'll be newer version. Is there any other way does any1 know?? ❤

I do believe you need automatic update turned on for it to update.
