I have an E26 and they emailed me saying that they had found 5 in a thousand batteries were defective and that mine was one of them. I disposed of the battery as directed and received a new battery 5 days later, great service.
Wow that is really good tbh. 5 days is quick and that's a great fix from Engwe. Nice to hear good feedback about them :)
You’re cycling on the pavements!
@davidperkins7866 I use both road and pavements. We're allowed to use either as still deemed a pedal bike 🙂
I see Hogans a resurfacing the road there. Their depot is about 10 mins ride on my Engwe Engine Pro 2.0.
Just thought I’d share that bit of useless information 😂
Small world lol. Never noticed who the company was. just the lad on the way back blocking my path in his own little world lol 🤣
I take that back.
Good video , I had very similar issue , my charger also had a fault and wouldn't charge , same issue I was told they was away at dragon boat festival and it would take a week or so , very annoying I was fortunate to find a equal charger on Amazon for 24 quid so at least I could charge the bike and use it, they eventually sent a replacement charger which I prefer to use but at least I got a backup charger too,, I love the bike and it's so easy yo change the speed restrictor and motorbike mode for off public roads and change the power max from 5 up to 9 😂
What do you mean the power max upto 9? Do you mean the pedal assist modes? I think 5 is plenty (even with restriction removed).
or is yours a different bike? for speed mine is restricted to 26kmph but the menu lets it to upto 60kmph. But bikes top speed seems around 44kmph/27mph :)
