Even being trained to help, wearing a safety vest, multiple flashing lights, and a flare pattern behind all of it is no guarantee of safety. With our county emergency management team (I'm flood control, so not big deal), i have stopped at accidents and seen two county police vehicles hit with all lights going, and 3 state police vehicles hit. My Pajero got hit several months back. Three separate roof lights, two in the back window, and two that can be folded down from behind the rear bumper... all of them gong and three flares behind it all.. and it STILL got hit.
It is easy to say 'Keep aware of what is going on'. But when you are concentrating on treating an injury, it is hard to keep an eye out all the time.

That cop with the bald head has a really bad attitude and am starting to think he has mental health issues because every encounter he has with the public he is a danger to the public and he needs to be spoken to by his superiors because he isnt meant to speak to the public like that and he knows it.i wonder if he has issues going on that could be a danger to tge public,he gets up off his seat and gets in the faces of the people in the back seat and if a member of the public did that to a police officer they would be arrested

You're wrong, it was justified because he nearly caused a serious accident. He wasn't peeking either, he indicated as he moved so his intention was to pull up or travel down the hard shoulder. It was piss poor driving from someone responsible for passengers, and the officer had every right to be angry.
