@Chris Warren He also risked his livelihood and his freedom for his beliefs--(sacrificed the prime years of his career and risked a stiff jail sentence which would no doubt have been in some hell-hole penitentiary)--and was a good will ambassador to millions of people all over the world. (He came around on his beliefs in his later years--after Elijah Muhammad had passed.) Bottom line--this man did more good in one day then either of us have done in a lifetime.

Do you think Ali can take body shots of the giant wilt's and with stand it. Come on man use some brain. He may or may not land a punch to Ali's jaw but body - for sure. Against the Punch power of wilt who is a freakish athlete, doubt he can with stand more than 5-7 direct hits. Ali would have to jump to punch wilt in face but that would just ruin his footing all together. Don't forget Ali has never faced a guy like wilt nor took punches of a giant.
I am not saying that wilt will win for sure, Just that wilt had a minor chance of winning too.

@@tom7471 No they didn't. They booed vociferously at Yankee Stadium when they fraudulently gave the decision to Ali. Norton was the clear winner in all 3 of those fights and between Ali & Frazier, Joe clearly beat him up good in the 1st fight and the last 2 fights were dead even. And George Foreman was a very confused young man at that point in his life and far from his best in the Rumble in the Jungle. Despite all that, Ali was still a very great all-time fighter, almost impossible to knock out, but just not as great as his own mouth. Like I said, they were all great.
