Quickly becoming one of my favorite playlists on TH-cam. Luca deserves a raise! If C&C has the time, could you guys answer a few questions for me? 1. Is the Chronomaster essentially a smaller timegrapher? Or are there other functions it can do that the bulkier timegrapher I see on other places can't? 2. What's the general price range on one of those? I want to be able to at least measure how my watch is doing before I take it in for adjustment and/or regulating. Cheers C&C!
Hey thank you Jose, I will pass on your recommendation to my supervisors ;) More or less yes, this will be pretty similar to a Timegrapher. That being said, the Chronomaster is going to be significantly higher quality in terms of build, accuracy, settings etc. Also one of these guys will run you about $3000 give or take.
Woww this is a straight answer to my life question. I have been wondered how reassemple the watch would help regulating it. Does anyone know whether the magnetism will be de-magnetized over time?
You say in the video that you need to know the lift angle to regulate the movement. Isn't the main reason for knowing the lift angle to get a correct reading of the amplitude? For regulating most common movements as I understand it the lift angle has no bearing on setting the rate.

Finally all the necessary information in one spot, no fluff, vividly presented. Thanks!
Thank you!
Dude!! The Nate dog and warren G reference 😂😂😂. You just keep getting cooler and cooler in my book!!
Thank ya Teddy, REGULATORS MOUNT UP!!
Love these series of videos. I hope Luca continues to be Luca in the far future, because I like him too.
Thank you Nick, I like you too. I will most likely continue to be Luca for the foreseeable future
Awesome, concise explanation of regulation.. I had always wondered HOW you regulated the watch in mulitple positions .. and now I know!
Im glad you enjoyed it, thank you Billy!
Brilliant video. Just brilliant. I've really enjoyed the series and this was the best one yet. Thank you.
Hey thanks Rick!
Thank you Luca for addressing my magnetism question in this video
Thank you for watching!
Awesome content and presented by a master. More Luca please.
Opening monologue was too funny!!
Never ceases to fascinate!! Thanks for sharing these "info-tutorials" and please, keep 'em coming!! Cheers!! : )
You keep watching and Ill keep making em!
I have to say I like these how they work videos. My suggestion for a video is how does a manual wind watch winds without over winding.
Thank you Tom, Ill get working on that video for ya!
Hey! How does a split chronograph work? I need Luca!
That's the most thorough dem explanation of watch regulation I've seen yet. Kudos.
Thank you friend!
Brilliant video. Who’s gonna dare trying?
Fantastic! I'm going to have to watch it again in slow-mo after (re)buying a timegrapher.
You'll be a watchmaker in no time!
I'm enjoying this series. All of the info is great. I want to know how a perpetual calendar knows how to adjust for leap year.
Perpetual episode is in the works, stay tuned!
love this show and this channel
Love you Too Pavan
This video has some Rick and Morty 'Interdimensional Cable' kind of vibe and it's working just fine!
That is the single greatest compliment I have ever received, you sir are a man of taste and class.

Does anyone know whether the magnetism will be de-magnetized over time?
It will diminish slightly over time but not very much, you would need to de-magnetize it using a special tool
@@heyimluca1275 thanks man 👍
This dude is hysterical. Never thought I would be laughing through this
Hey thanks Mr. Jiggles!
That was really insightful. Thanks my dude!
Thank you Mr. Squiggly Phrank!
Actually I think they were asking Rolex to make a regulator. Kind of like the Patek 5235. Either way I'm just impressed!
That is definitely it ;)
How do you degauss a watch?
very tantalizing material!
Thanks that wasn’t half bad..👍
Thank you!
Informative
That was a hoot!
Thanks!

Split second chronograph next please
Ill get working on it just for you Ben ;)
Like how all the whisky is empty, that’s how my collection looks
;)
Regulators...... MOUNT UP!
I miss Nathan.
Me too :(
The subtitle should be: don’t do this at home, kids!
Ya know you might be right, its only a matter of time before someone tries to regulate their omega with a toothpick and a cell phone mic lol
I can see some chances of Luca becoming Lucy in the near future
hmmmmmmmmmm ;)
Guys sitting in an armchair next to whisky wearing a white lab coat, loafers and a baseball cap. This is very confusing.
I tried regulating my watch with a hammer and chisel. It was less than successful.
ah yes, the "percussive maintenance' approach
I can't believe you do all this for only $25k per year. You must be employee of the month every month.
