Such a great creation! So nice to see a conversion done making use of things you already had. Makes a nice change from watching some conversions that can be really intimidating and way out of my budget. Thank you for sharing!

Congrats - you’ve created a lovely traveling home - love all the light from the windows. Enjoy and have fun.

Agreed. Stealth vans just seem depressing (and hot).

I like the layout. Very functional and proves the point to fit the experience to the person...not the trends. I am gleaning ideas. Thanks

One nice alternative to overhead storage in dead zones that isn't TOO much of a visual clutter is those wall pouches you can get. Loads of different kinds out there that could look nice on that wall at the feet end of their bed. Good place to throw some socks and underwear in to to make space for larger items down below the seats.
You can even get some for flowers / veg to grow in, which I think is pretty cool. Maybe not the best idea above a bed in that case though lol

Stick mirroring on the bottom of your solar panel and on the van roof to get more light through that window if you need

Nice van - if you could have the owners mention the brand and year of their van at the beginning, it's helpful info to have. Thanks!

Surely you need more clothes storage for 2 people than that one small bench. Would like to see those who are actually livi full time in the van. Otherwise it’s not a home but a camper/leisure vehicle.

Covid-19 changed their plans to do so.

A lot of vanlifers use this way of storing seasonal clothing. So summer clothes are in the living space and winter clothes are in the garage area in a storage bin. Many of them used to be backpackers so they're used to small amounts of clothing.

As well as I've seen stories of people that before or while they build their vans they start going through their stuff and trying to live more of a minimalistic lifestyle so they get used to it.
So it is possible but I can understand it looks lile such a tiny space 😅

I think you may be being a little liberal with the term 'spacious'!
