    Hello ☺️
First, I must say I love the vibe you're spreading. I felt peaceful and happy when watching your video!
I'd love to consult you about something: my hair is naturally wavy (straight until the neck and then wavy). In October 2023 I got a keratin treatment, to make it all straight, and it was a big mistake. My hair looks dry, over worked on and not natural at all: parts of it ("inside", under the surface) are wavy/curly and some are straight- but not smooth or naturally looking... straight like somebody who colours their hair or uses a hair straightener every day. It's also very thin in the ladt 10 centimetres, as if there are "locks"... in between there are holes.
Would you recommend cutting it short, to grow from the beginning, or is there anything that can be done to reverse this damage?

According to the test is dry, also does not comes to its original shape after stretching and some of the hair breaks when stretching. I used to have my hair long and like 2 years ago I cut my hair because I started loosing a lot of hair and it changed a lot. Since that time it only grows a little below my shouders. I have fine hair. What line of kerastase you recommend? Should I alteranate something with protein and also nourshing? What can I do? Thanks in advance!

What great information. It’s hard to find a good hair explanation. I’m having a really hard time with my hair. I went from a medium brown all natural hair to wanting a blonde balayage. I had two balayages done about 4 weeks apart. I still didn’t like the outcome so I did at home sally salon hair coloring. That was ok. But I wanted darker hair and I did reskin shades eq hair at home with binding agent. And still my hair feels dry when I condition it and also it’s very hard to get a comb through! I don’t know what else to do. I tired masks and clarifying shampoo and deep conditioner. It’s like Velcro in the middle of my hair and I can’t get a comb though. Please help!

Hi! 🤍 So I have dry high porosity hair. I straighten it occasionally once or twice amonth and I dont usually blowdry it. I havent dyed it in 5 years so it is all natural now. When I dyed it about 10 years ago I burnt it away literally.. I didn't realise I was using a 10 minute hair dye and it went from waist lengh to little past my shoulder lengh in a couple of days.. since then it has not grown past my breasts.. no matter how much i cut it, it always grows back down to about the same lengh and does not want to grow anymore. It is overall really thi, especially from the middle down to the ends which are really thin, see through and dry. It also used to fall out and break ALOT until I started using the kerastase specifique bain prevention shampoo and mask hydra-apasaint. It has never been so soft and i literally only find a few hairs after brushing which is amazing (i have only washed my hair twice so far). So which products from kerastase would you recommend for my hair? To make it soft shiny and most importantly so that it finally grows longer and thicker.. or maybe some other line rather than kerastase?

I really don’t see myself as a brunette and I just want to give some light to it.. nothing too drastic, I want my hair to be more honey blonde. When I used to bleach my hair more often, it would so easily break off but it was always shiny and looking ok, but just disappeared and broke off. While my friends hair, also bleached, would look dry, damaged and absolutely dead, but it would stay on her head. Do you have an explanation for this phenomenon? 😂
