Usually I see a Guga video and think, "I wish I was a friend of his and was eating at his house." This is the first time I've seen a Guga video and thought, "I could do this by myself, at home."
its actually a presentation technique used to build up emphasis. it works amazingly with food because as the ingredients list grows you get more and more excited!
well it is high in calories so it is healthy.... you eat one of those then you dont have to eat ever again and you have energy to exercise and be productive
Sprinkling in a few Air fryer episodes every once in a while would be an AMAZING addition to your content! …something that SO MANY of us can relate to and try out ourselves (we don’t all have grills, smokers, flame throwers, etc.) You could probably even work out a great partnership with a company that produces air fryers.
Guga is hands down my favorite chef on TH-cam. Everything he cooks looks so flavorful and delicious. Looking forward to picking up some of the Guga Rub.
I guarantee if Guga lived where it snowed, he would still grill outside no matter the weather. I've absolutely grilled outside in the middle of a snowstorm... its actually really fun. I had a covered porch with enough airflow to not worry about the smoke... winter grilling is awesome!
I love these kind of videos. Where it's just nice recipes that I can quickly put together for my family. I'd like to see more videos like these AND a top 10 of your favorite side dishes you make!
This is one of the first times I’ve ever left a comment, but I just had to say this because this particular video has been so helpful during the rush of my evenings! My family never feel denied when I make one of these sandwiches and they’re always raving! Love all your videos, Guga And you’re awesome
I can't wait to trick the kids with air fryer burgers this winter season. Thank you for the great content as always Guga. i can't wait for my pre order cook book to arrive.
I love the winter season for grilling and smoking. I live in Quebec and I will fire up my offset smoker in -20, its especially cool to do in a blizzard! theres just something about watching the thin blue smoke puff out in contrast to the falling snow.
Guga, I charcoal grill year round in Manistee MI!! After I shovel and snowblower the driveway, I clear of the back patio so I can reach the Webber!!! Bone marrow pasta on the BBQ for New Years is my new 4 year tradition!!
Those of us that live in cold weather environments do grill during the winter. I’ve grilled during snow storms may times in the past. However I am impressed with the air fryer results. I may have to dig mine out of the cabinet and try a few of your ideas!
Ill love to see more easy recipes in air fryers, and abit more healthy alternatives to burgers and fry chicken, and easy meals such as salad Korean styles and Korean bbq within air fryer, thank u so much guga for your love for food :)😊
Nice, I'll have to try the chicken and pork belly one some time. I JUST got my first air fryer...it's a little small at 2.2 quarts but I've never used one before and wanted something cheap and simple to use. got it on sale at Ollie's on Black Friday for $20...I may upgrade to a slightly more expensive one with higher capacity one day but for now this one will do me just fine for the amount of food I cook as it fits what I normally make in a skillet with ease.
glad to see some thick steakhouse burgers on the channel! i would love to see more experiments with those like on the grill and with different yummy compound butters :)
Guga, we need a list somewhere of all your side dishes with the related episode linked or mentioned so we can also search and find your side dishes within the TH-cam network.
Would make an AMAZING series! Even hard-core grillers and smokers need some quick easy meals that still taste good every once in awhile..I'm gonna try them all
Hi Guga ! You always use garlic powder to season your steak, but I was wondering if it would not be better to use other garlic seasoning like fresh garlic, garlic paste or some kind of garlic compound better ? Would you make a video about testing different kind of garlic seasoning to find out the best way ? Love you
fresh garlic burns pretty easily which makes the high heat sear required for a good crust basically impossible to achieve without turning the garlic bitter.
I already have the lawnmower 4.0, I’ve been using it since February this year, the battery life is amazing and it also works in the shower, the manscape underwear is extremely comfortable so I really do recommend buying some products from them.
I like how he puts Gugas rub on everything now that he has it for sale lol. Used to just be salt, pepper and garlic powder 98% of the time for dry seasonings for meats
I think you've just started paying attention more. He used it all the time and even told you to make it yourself with the recipe in the description. You are just being picky and scrutinizing it now because he is selling it.
He's been using it very regularly for years. Now, if you only watch his steak videos, then your ignorance can be understood, otherwise you're just being an ass.
I like that this episode changed up the formula a little bit since there wasn't a control they were measuring against and instead he just gave three different people three different sandwiches. My only complaint is that the first gentleman didn't really describe the sandwich's qualities like the other two which is super important since WE don't get to actually taste the food ourselves.
Thanks Guga and great video as always. May I suggest adding egg. Think a fried egg sunny side up in a burger is to die for. The gooey yolk always does it for me.
Hi Guga, did an AMAZING experiment myself this last week. Usually I pan sear my steaks in butter before putting them in the oven to finish because I don't have a grill to work with but this time i though, if I use mayo to make a nice crust on my grilled cheese why not try it on my steak? So I tried it out using Kewpie Japanese mayo and it was DELICIOUS! Seriously give it a try Guga, I'd love to see what you think of it.
I grill in the winter. It's never not been an option. That being said, the air fryer doesn't get the respect it deserves. It's honestly a great tool. My little lady make London broil in ours and she loves it. It is amazing for potatoes. It actually does an amazing job on single serve cakes and brownies. It's a really great tool if you live in an efficiency or studio. Don't knock it until you get familiar with it. It can easily save a bachelor $500/month and give knockout food to boot. I wish these were a thing when I was a single guy back in the day.
I've been wanting to buy an air fryer for a minute. I think imma get one this week and try these out over the next week or 2 :) Thanks Guga, all of those looked incredible.
Great video Guga! What I like to do when it's too cold to grill is fire up the smoker. I'd love to see you apply your expertise to BBQ. Especially from a Brazilian!
I love air fryers. There are many types and some are more flexible than others. Once you learn your air fryer and what it does well you can produce some delicious healthy food with minimal effort which is awesome for your weekdays when you come home from work tired and want something you don’t have to constantly monitor as you unwind from your day. It also has many other applications for almost every kind of cooking situation you might encounter. It took a long time for us to buy one as I thought it might be one of those gimmick things that just took up bench space or a space in the cupboard and was rarely used.....I was so wrong we use it more than the microwave and it has replaced that device for many things. 😊👍
I tried the pork belly sando last night and holy moly that was probably the best sandwich I've personally made maybe ever. Guga you are a culinary mastermind!
I live in Indianapolis and I still grill and smoke in the winter in 20 degrees. Just bundle up, plus it’s only really cold when you are firing up the charcoal
I gill in the winter sometimes, and it gets COLD here in Rhode Island. When I use the snow blower I make a path from the garage door to where I set up the kettle. Smoked a rib roast last christmas eve. MMMMM

I don't have a smoker, or an expensive grill, or even wireless temp skewers... but I do have an air fryer. I want to see more, Guga!!
Usually I see a Guga video and think, "I wish I was a friend of his and was eating at his house." This is the first time I've seen a Guga video and thought, "I could do this by myself, at home."
Yeah, I like when he makes videos like this. Recently he did the 'make smash burgers at home' and there were lots of really good tips.
Im with this gentleman here, simple doable videos eith not so exotic ingredients are rly nice to watch then try
Literally just got an air fryer a couple days ago and 100% agree with y’all here. Would LOVE to see more!!
@Whotube not in my country.. I’ve looked up nearly all the equipments he’s used and the price is about double to triple what you guys pay
I love how guga has a cousin or brother for everything
Lucky bastards:(
And if he doesn't have a cousin for something? He has a cousin that gets him a cousin
Cousin of a cousin
Can I be a cousin so I can eat some savory Guga delights? 😋
In the same way that Uncle Roger has nieces and newphes Guga has an unlimited amount of cousins.
Guga: "drenches in Mayo and Cheese"
Also Guga: There's no oil it's healthy :D
For real 🤣
The most important thing is to add the green onion
mayo and cheese are actually pretty healthy. especially depending the mayo you use. xD
@@opal_music Homemade Mayo is very healthy. Store bought mayo not so much.
Mayo is literally oil and eggs...
Listening to gugas voice go higher in pitch as he adds more ingredients is gold 😭
He could get a job doing the voice for cooking books on Audible 🤣🤣
But he always resolves it by going back to a lower pitch on the last one
I find it so funny 😂
Finally, someone said it😂😂😂😂
Especially since it instantly goes higher the moment he starts listing than how he spoke before.
its actually a presentation technique used to build up emphasis. it works amazingly with food because as the ingredients list grows you get more and more excited!
Let's just appreciate how Guga survived Ohio.

Haha yeah! I noticed too 😂
OMG SAME PFF
The last ingredient is always lower
Definitely making that burger RIGHT NOW!! We’re gonna need a part two Guga for sure!

Lol! Here in Canada, grilling outside in winter is not just a sport, it's a lifestyle. Usually done while wearing shorts.
