- In this video, we will discuss the solutions for eliminating distractions for JEE mains 2025 and JEE mains 2024 aspirants during their preparation. It is a must for JEE aspirants to use the Internet during their preparation as most of the JEE aspirants study online.
During the IIT JEE preparation journey, JEE aspirants must make sacrifices that take their time like using social media, going out with friends etc.

Bro, physical health related things such as cricket are not at all distractions, instead they are good. Whenever I also feel distracted then I exercise, it gives me happiness, maintains my health and is also something productive, obviously overdose of cricket is bad for now but playing cricket once or twice in a week for like 2-3 hours can instead decrease distractions, since it's a good source of dopamine
