It has been around 5 months, I have left that all. My motivation to leave it was that, I was not able to score runs in my cricket matches, I was getting out at 0(13 times consistently). Then I decided to leave it and my body took around 2-3 months to recover, after recovery I am scoring 50s and 100s in my every match and I can play many hours without getting tired and now I am also able to play ball at speed of 150km/h and can study also very effectively. Just see i am hindu and i was also facing same issue but if you follow mine routine then you will definitely quit it permanently

2. You have to avoid social media for those dirty thoughts which releases a deplene chemical in your brain for doing sexual activity 🧠
3. It's Hard and sorry to say but stop talking with those persons and friends who do mastrubation and always have those dirty thoughts in their mind and make you to do also
4. Make yourself busy as you can
5. Watch godess movies for better and positive thoughts
6. If you sleep in highted bed then make a habit to sleep down in the ground
7. Start waking up at 6 orr 7 and do meditation for atleast 50 mins twice or thrice per week
8. Listen goddess songs and arti's and flute music 🎶
9. If you r from hindu religion then put a photo of god ganesha orr hanuman
10. Congrats if you follow this for a month also then you r successfully 100 out from addiction
