As a women when I was younger I always thought that that what matt is saying is really true for example: that men want a feminine women etc.. but after being brainwashed by the media, movies etc. it was hard to keep on that mindset. Anyways I thank you for putting a nice example for realistic standards and for making me believe that it is ok as a women to be feminine.

This reminds me of a girl i met when we were kids, she was overweight and now she has model fit body with 2 buisnesses at 22. Im 23 and that alone gave me hope in my self improvement.

Yea I agree I met a girl on my birthday this year and I showed her what I look like and immediately in an instant she was in love with me. Fast forward to August I was FaceTiming her and my small group of friends and one of them said are guys dating yet and out of nowhere she magically said yes. And then fast forward to this month I was in a FaceTime with just my friend, his girlfriend, and a 5 year old boy so my friend and the 5 year old left the call and you know what my friend’s girlfriend said she said, “I was only dating him to get closer to you.” Not only that my own girlfriend wants to have s*x with me but my friend’s girlfriend also wants to have s*x with me. I'm almost 16 years old and I've barely had one relationship about half a year ago and I did so much wrong. I texted and called her 24/7, complimented her as much as I could, and told her literally everything about myself and how I felt about her, no mystery whatsoever. What do you think happened? 21:37 I have a story that kind of relates to this advice. One day in class I was talking with some classmates. For context, in Ireland at the beginning of secondary school you're put into one of a few base classes for the first three years. In fourth year (otherwise known as transition year), the classes get mixed up and in third year we got a survey in which we put down the names of five people who we wanted to be in the class with us in TY and you're guaranteed to get one of them.
Back to that conversation, we we're talking and someone brought up the survey and another guy mentioned how he put his girlfriend at the top of the list and he said he kind of regretted that decision. We were all wondering why someone would say that and his reason was because he knew he'd spend all of his time talking to her instead of paying attention in class (what's funny is that they shared that class, but she wasn't in that day) and that was actually a very valid reason and I never realised the full potential of that until that piece of advice.
(In case you're wondering, I'm currently in TY and guess what happened. Yep, he got put in the same class as her, womp womp)

That is a pretty good video! However, I disagree on the physical fitness part. I have so many reason other than just women that I go to the gym for. For example, one day when I have obtained the required mass I will start to go to body building competitions to have fun and compete with other men. Another example is that I want to get into tip top shape as a personal trainer to show people what is possible naturally since majority of fitness influencers have downplayed our ability to build really decent physiques with 5% bodyfat skin and bone physiques at 165lbs of muscle as our "limit". Women are also obviously apart of the equation but the reality is that it isn't just to appeal to women, its to appeal to everyone as that is human nature. I'd recommend watching Natural Hypertrophy's take on women and how to get a girlfriend as he has A LOT to say about that in a very well thought out manner.

I heavily disagree with the act of doing self improvement for urself being an act of selfishness. Infact I’d say that doing it for other people to get their approval is just as bad as trying to please other people in general. I’m all for going to the gym, but you need to ask urself if u really care ahout having a good physique beyond just your girl. Respect yourself more.
