This is the channel I have been looking for. A down to earth dude being real and super transparent about the job. I started selling this past spring (2022) and I’ll never look back. I should have started this journey right out of high school to be honest.

I recall studying long term and short term goals in my Real Estate Practice class that taught you ways to stay productive and get business and your analytical break down was spot on of how to achieve your short term financial goals. I have a similar figure in mind I want to achieve as well and even though the average person is "scared" right now from fear mongering headlines and speculation, these are some of the best times to get into the business and make a plan while things are changing. As you know, we are headed into a buyer's market soon, which is a great time to be an agent and cut your teeth. I have been binging your videos as I finish my online studies and I love your attitude, speaking style, and glimpses you give about the business. New sub and future connection for sure. Keep it up, you're doing great!
Been binging your videos Caden and I really think you have some solid advice! I just wanted to ask if it would be a wise idea to go to open houses as an up-and-coming real estate agent and would that be an issue for the real estate agent doing the showing? 😀
Hey man. I am in community college classes currently but I am going to get my license soon and I am going to change my life. I am ready for the change and I want to be a success more than anything. I sent this video to my older brother who just got a job in oil and gas

I watch all your videos seeing your videos im going to Join home smart also there’s a home smart realty office like 12 min from my house 🙌 what’s the monthly fee you pay them caden?
I appreciate that a lot thank you. Quarterly I pay $150. Then again you pay per transaction about $500. I highly recommend HomeSmart. A lot of growth capability in this company and tools to help you succeed.

The best investment one can do right now is investing on real estate though stocks are good but ever since I swapped to real estate, I've seen so much difference.
