Nice build bro, very clean! Dont cut the transmission cover, it works like a engine bloque reinforcement. Cutting the cover you have a chance to broke all entire engine, and more for whellies. Be safe, keep going your Nice work

whe reusing connector i depin them and put new wires on them it can be a bit of a pain to recrimp them without the tool reusing the old pins but you will have a one piece wire and not all the piggy back stuff

I have a YJ50 Vino I’ve built for wheelies. The seat doesn’t let me sit too far back, so I’ve been thinking of getting a scrape bar made for it that I can stand on to alleviate that issue. Is there any way I could get one made for my Vino at any point in the future?

I'm working on Yamaha SPY(CW50RSP) 1997, fully black with orange stickers(OEM)
- 70cc Polini Corsa AC
- Yasuni R
- 19mm Dellorto phbg + Polini reed valves and a bit bigger intake manifold than stock
- A bit longer Aerox gearing
- 13' Aerox 100 wheels
- 220-250 front disc, currently I have stock 180 or 190)
- Steel braided braking hose(much much better feel and stronger breaking)
- Malossi variator, Malossi Delta 2000 clutch, Stage 6 bell...
Only thing I need to learn is how to do the wiring 😅

it’s more setup for a stunt build but it’ll do about 60/65mph

why not buy an aluminium. kit like stage 6 racing mk2. when you have all the parts to make a scooter really powerfull.

not needed it’s just a stunt build and nothing better than the reliability of a 2 ring cast cyl. i’ll keep the alum cylinders on my other build like the f12 and the gp1
