Any color you put on will show up lighter in whatever is highlighted but if you want an even more vibrant color then you can go a couple shades lighter on the highlighted parts

On box dye it's usually called copper or ginger copper, I don't know if they use different names for salon dye though. If you show them the video or a color reference they'll probably know the color or help you pick it out from their dyes.
