    What I hate about it is the fact that we cant realy go to a course to learn how to not damage our bodies (age 20+) before its too late (age 13 - 18)... 😔

    Once again: It‘s a competition. It’s not a trainig method alone. If you compete, you want to be fast.
    In training, you don‘t do that workout for speed of course.
