- Most of us grew up with Pan de Coco from our neighborhood bakery. To this day, it is still my favorite panaderia bread. Pan de Coco is a sweet dough with a sweet fresh coconut filling. It is easy to make and delicious. I hope you can give it a try. It might be your favorite too!

Sweet or unsweetened ?😂
Yes you can. Buy unsweetened because you have to add sugar. Add a little warm water to the flakes to hydrate it.

Chef Rose! Thank you so much again for sharing your recipe. Chef may I ask what can i substitute for fullcream powdered milk? I have a hard time finding powdered milk here. I saw one but its only skimmed milk. Can I use liquid milk instead? Thank you po😍😍😍
Yes you can! Omit the powdered milk in the recipe. Replace the water with whole milk or fresh milk. Thank you for watching!

I use primex shortening of San Miguel.
At what temperature am i to bake it and for how many minutes?
350F for about 15 - 20 minutes depending on your oven.
