Puedeng meron puede ring wala. Kung napanood mo yung bagong pandesal recipe ko, you can just get half cup of flour sa recipe and half cup of milk to make the roux or tanzhoung. Kunin mo yan don sa ingredients na nakalagay sa recipe. Wag ka na magdagdag ng flour at milk.

Vanilla extract gamit ko, yung nabibili lang sa palengke na mura o kaya mc cormick. Nilalagay ko sa sealed container ang yeast at iref ko to prolong life. Or else madali mag expire ito.

That's really how a pan de coco is presented in bakeries to distinguish it from the regular buns and that would also emit a tasty smell of the coconut inside.

Yes oil gamit ko dito pero pag butter ang gagamitin mo. May different instructions at mas matagal ang pag knead and preparation. Check mo yung mini buns ko na video. Butter ang gamit ko don at puede mo gamitin ang recipe nong dough para dito and follow the procedure din.

Here in the Phils, it is being sold in the bakeries. It was just for you to distinguish between a plain bread buns and a pan de coco. As they look the same outside. This is also for the smell of the coconut to come out, smells heavenly and yummy.
Miss Mai ok lang ba nilagay ko sa glass garapon yung yeast tapos nasa cabinet lang, tapos yung harina na tawag sa palengke ay same lang sa bread flour. Sa bilihan ng flour po binilhan ko ang meron lang po sila at all purpose flour at harina na 1st class, 2nd class at 3rd class
2.5g lang na yeast ang ilalagay mo. Pag 7g kasi aasim yan. Kung matagal mo pa lulutuin need mo talaga bawasan ng yeast lang. Ibang ingredients the same.
Sis goodday sensya kana if hindi mo na gets tanung ko,,i mean if mag yeasting kame instead of milk. Water lang,pero maglalagay pa din kame ng ratio na milk na ginawa mo. Pwede ba yung ganun

Yes po, yung sa ingredients na nilagay ko ay sakto lang para sa isang recipe. Yung ginawa ko po sa video ay pang dalawang batch ng dough recipe po. Para hindi sobra yung gawa nyo sa filling.
First yun bread flour 4 cups pero sobrang try ang dough ko tapos yun measurement ng desicated coconut sobrang di tama yun 1 cup ay sobrang konti kesa sa gawa mo yun sayo marami yun akin nang maluto yun one cup ay sobrang konti pasensiya na neng masarap kasi yun pan de coco mo kaya lang talagang kinailangan kong mag adjust at sa awa ng diyos ayun nagawa ko rin pero instead of 4 cups 3 1/2 cups lang yun akin at sa desicated coconut kinailangan kong gamitin yun yung 2 1/2 cup at more sugar at vanilla and it came ok 👌
Marami po kayong sosobrang filling para sa isang batch ng dough. Kaya half lang ang nilagay ko sa description box, kayo na lang po talaga ang magaadjust kung gusto nyo ng maraming fillings na ilalagay sa bawat dough. Sinabi ko rin po sa video na depende po sa flour na ginagamit nyo, iba iba po kasi ang brand ng flour puedeng maging sticky or dry ang dough. Iba din po kalalabasan pag nagamit ka ng stand mixer kasi mas halong mabuti. Hindi ka na magbabawas ng flour. Lalo na ang bread flour ay prone sa matigas ang dough pag minamasa manually dahil malakas sa liquid ito. Either dagdagan nyo po ng 1/4 cup ang measurement ng liquid or magbabawas ka ng flour. Kaya pag nakuha nyo na yung tamang consistency sa flour na ginagamit nyo, mag stick na kayo sa brand na yun dahil pag nag iba ang brand na nabili nyo po, mag aadjust kayo ulit. Thank you po.
It's a 40 to 50 % mark up or patong na tubo ginawa lang nating decimals para madali mag compute. Para mas madali, yung total amnt of ingredients cost, doblehin mo, yun ang dapat price nya pag binenta.

Very soft ba ang kinalabasan? Magbawas ka ng milk like gawin ko lang 3/4 cup. Dapat ok na yan.

For the dough can the oil be substituted with melted or room temperature butter instead?
If you are going to use butter, use my japanese bread recipe which uses butter Kasi iba procedure pag maglalagay ka Ng butter. Enjoy baking bread!

Sa filling ba? Hindi puede Sis, magbabasa masyado at kailangan mo ng butter para sa taste. Puede margarine kung walang butter.

Puede yun, maglagay ka 1/3 cup na milk powder sa cup then lagyan mo water until makapuno ka ng 1 cup. Mix it.

Yes po, yung sa ingredients na nilagay ko ay sakto lang para sa isang recipe. Yung ginawa ko po sa video ay pang dalawang batch ng dough recipe po. Para hindi sobra yung gawa nyo sa filling.
First yun bread flour 4 cups pero sobrang try ang dough ko tapos yun measurement ng desicated coconut sobrang di tama yun 1 cup ay sobrang konti kesa sa gawa mo yun sayo marami yun akin nang maluto yun one cup ay sobrang konti pasensiya na neng masarap kasi yun pan de coco mo kaya lang talagang kinailangan kong mag adjust at sa awa ng diyos ayun nagawa ko rin pero instead of 4 cups 3 1/2 cups lang yun akin at sa desicated coconut kinailangan kong gamitin yun yung 2 1/2 cup at more sugar at vanilla and it came ok 👌

Iba din po kalalabasan pag nagamit ka ng stand mixer kasi mas halong mabuti. Hindi ka na magbabawas ng flour. Lalo na ang bread flour ay prone sa matigas ang dough pag minamasa manually dahil malakas sa liquid ito. Either dagdagan nyo po ng 1/4 cup ang measurement ng liquid or magbabawas ka ng flour. Kaya pag nakuha nyo na yung tamang consistency sa flour na ginagamit nyo, mag stick na kayo sa brand na yun dahil pag nag iba ang brand na nabili nyo po, mag aadjust kayo ulit. Thank you po.
