Crazy how much the team has changed and gotten better since Pep's arrival. Winner's mindset changed the culture at the club
You can tell Pep is very conscious and deliberately being very physical, touching the players, grabbing them, hugging etc. It's a psychology tool to gain someone's trust quickly. Can be used in dating as well (not grabbing lol but touching someone lightly on the arm for instance) :)
