Just look at the difference between this manger and our ex manager, for our ex-manager the most important thing was to play a certain kind of a "attacking entertaining football". On the other hand for Pep, the first and the foremost thing he mentions (and might I add emphasizes on) is the player relationships, player mentality and passion. He says that if he gets that one right the football itself becomes beautiful

Am A Liverpool supporter. But pep has had the biggest positive impact in English football. At the time this interview took place, ppl doubted wether his style can succeed in England. Well he made a mockery of that thought. Almost every team now attempts to play beautiful football. Every player has to be able to play with the ball. Our league is definitely now the best in the world. Negative dinosaurs like mourinho have been exposed. The football culture in this country he has changed and now a new generation of young English players who are technically as good as anyone in the world have emerged. This season he has shown his genius. He is in the conversation for best ever

The man signed a contract with Bayern 2 months into his sabbatical break & went on to learn German & English for months.The dedication he has to the game is very strong.

I personally thought while watching before I read the comments that most people would dislike Pep's comments, he does not really talk about winning things and was distinct in making sure that the interviewer and those watching realise that he's here for the experience quote"To learn" and not create a dynasty. I like Pep's honesty, I think he'll bring the fun back to football at City. It may... I repeat may not translate to trophies but it surely will result in better quality footballers and better looking, attractive football being played at the Etihad. The video was Great! ThankS!...
