How do you know it was my first apple device 😮 I think we all lived the same childhood man, really felt nostalgic watching this video. I lost my ipod 4 in 2016 and i still miss it till today 😢 there was some kind of emotional attachment with that thing.

iPod Touch 4th Gen. 8GB was my first Apple product. It introduces me to the Apple Ecosystem. I have relatives abroad and we used the iPod for Facetime. Its was my main camera mainly because it shoots decent photos/videos during that time. The touchscreen is so fluid, its like you are touching the icons. Played many games on it and hundreds of hours on music.

The iPod Touch 4 is such a good device. Phones are for making calls and productivity. But the iPod Touch was for fun and personal use. It had actual personality. It was like your own diary.

I got one in 2013 and yes it was my first apple device. It was a great device but I have a lot of memories of it being slow and laggy also😂Although I have a lot of nostalgia for it now, it was just a fun little device that suited all my needs for my kid self back then. I eventually ended up losing it at school and never got it back sadly, but then I upgraded to an iPhone 4 which was my first iPhone.

I will NEVER forget my first encounter with the iPod touch. 2008 High school freshman year. I was in complete shock….the first time I interacted with a touch screen, the first time I experienced using a device with Wi-Fi, I couldn’t believe you could download/purchase apps/music straight from the device without needing to connect it to a computer, watching TH-cam videos in such a small device, etc. I soon got my own iPod touch. This is the last time I was in awe by a piece of tech. Nothing has topped it.

When I got my first Job in late 2012, the first thing I saved up for was a 5th Gen iPod Touch. It served me very well for four years, until I bought my first Smartphone in early 2016 (Samsung Galaxy S6 edge). Nowadays I rely on my iPad Air and 2nd Gen Apple TV 4K for my Apple fix.

iPod touch 2nd generation was my first! Then moved on to an iPad > iPhone 6 > iPhone 13
    however,
iPod classic > iPod touch. Having a music player that cannot connect to wifi is such a cool thing to have and forces you to be out of social media for a while. Brings some sort of weird clarity and peace of mind for me

iPod Touch 4th Gen 32gb was my first Apple product indeed!
It started as my first smart device, and later on I started using an iPhone with bunch of other Apple products.
Now I'm just stuck in an Apple ecosystem, but I still can't imagine myself living without my Mac or iPad.

My sister wanted one of these back in the day and we viewed it as a waste of money. Why blow so much money on a device that couldn't even make a phone call when you could just buy an Iphone and get the same functionality and more. I see the product failing because of internal cannibalism amongst the apple products. My first apple product was one of the first or second gen ipods without the screens and they were still expensive as hell but made more sense because they were light and truly worked as a nice portable device to listen to music, great for exercising, on the go and you could hook up to surround sound systems at home to listen to music too. It was great timing too because we could rip our physical music cds to computer, thus backing up and preserving the data and also play it on itunes and the ipod.

Nope! The iPhone 3G was my first! I got it for my 21st birthday!
The Nokia N95, which came out in spring 2007, would’ve been my first smartphone if I had known about it and that it could surf the web without wifi! It would’ve made college a lot less bad, the internet there was heavily censored so I could barely access any of my regular sites! Had I been able to go to college locally, I would’ve kept using feature phones a little longer!
