You hit a home run Joe! As a coach, I've been using the BOSI profile tool for the past 15 months. The first client I implemented this with is also hitting a homer these days. High "S" DNA - had a lot of financial pain. 15 months later, he's completed phase 1, paying himself appropriately and driving $ to his financial freedom plan. Now we're executing some M&A growth strategies and he's become happy and in control. What a transformation! Thanks for the technology!

I have encouraged my family, friends, and work associates who are mostly made up of Entrepreneurs to take the questionnaire to find out what there primary DNA is! What an awesome tool to learn how to leverage strengths and weaknesses. Amazing stuff Joe!

This is a cool but false dichotomy, similar to the MBTI, they are just different axises that any person can have say a 0-100 range on, and the sum of the area/cross product like a business IQ similar to EQ or IQ. ANY person CAN strengthen any of these areas (well likely) and knowing when to use each of these strategies is a definition of human capability in the face of pain and gain, certainty and risk.
