Actually, NSMB was a great comeback, as there were some innovations by the standards of that time. It was just because, while going through Wii, 2, U and U Deluxe, they weren't. SMR was a nice try, but also wasn't so great.
agreed, it's like they used the same presets and styles they had and didn't add much except for the power ups and levels and adding some new enemies, and barely the music since Wii (and most power ups were just flying power ups)
Same, they should've put an option in the settings for multiplayer if they want to play with online physics (no collision) or normal (with collision) but I see how they wanted to make the online and multiplayer the same
