I have been getting a bumper crop of cucumbers. So far I've made pickles and relish and a batch of tzadziki dip. I have also sent several bags of them to work with my daughter, where they get snatched up quite quickly. At the moment, I'm planning to make more pickls, lol!! Next is the tomatoes!!
Once again love the garden & food shopping. Did you know you can get a cloth 'padded' bag thingy to go in microwave to do baked potato. I can do about 3 in a few mins on high setting. I am sure you can get them in UK.

Eliot, that plant that you did not know is a Montbretia. It grows from a bulb, and can be quite invasive, but I love them, they make a lovely show when grouped together. Happy belated birthday to you.

Also, the BRAT diet: bananas, rice, applesauce and toast and also saltine crackers and a clear broth when you’re not feeling great. And (I sound like the mom that I am) lots and lots of water and Pedialyte to replenish lost fluids

Since it seems to be so hot in England, why don't you get a air conditioner, A small one 5000 BTU, will cook a upstairs and get another one for your downstairs.
I knew you would like the automatic 😊 my remote will start my car so it warms up in the Winter and cools off in the summer which I love Of course the car isn’t actually on until I get in it with the key inside the car, if I’m running inside the convenient store I can leave it on and lock the doors If anyone thinks they can steal it, the car isn’t going far because the remote isn’t in the car. My car is also push start I also have OnStar and I love it, 44 dollars a month is well worth it, I can get step by step driving instructions for my routs and they speak the turn by turn so I’m not having to look at directions and it gives me updates on my car such as maintenance and I can call them with a push of the OnStar but which will call the police if needed or road side assistance if needed They will send a flat bed tow truck if I even notice, thankfully I’ve never had to use that but it’s the security of knowing I have they I absolutely know you will love it more you drive it, Again congratulations on your new car
