    SG was in Mexico City when the asteroid that wiped out tbe dinos crashed in the Yucatan peninsula 66 million years ago. SG and his photographer got an actual pic of the ejecta cloud and the 100 foot tsunami that followed. "The waters were so high that we didn't have to take a shower for 2 days," he said then. It is said that SG's new pair of glasses and his barely used comb (gifted by none other than L K Advani who was in cillege then) are part of the KT boundary layer in the vicinity of a North Mexcian city waiting to be excavated..... SG was there to cover the arrival of the first members of the Homo Sapiens group that left Africa and crossed the Red Sea to land in what is now Israel. SG had danced at the event.
    When the Mahabharat war was on,, SG was asked by none other than Duryodhan for doing and exclusive interview with him...Duryodhan had infact asked SG to tell Yudhisthir that he planned to use the nuclear weapon in case the Kaurav army was beaten by the Pandav army. SG was also the only journo who has filed stories in 14 scripts including Harappan. There is nothing that SG hasnt seen or heard...SG's biography is called a short history of time...

      @@mbiftikhar1977 I strongly disagree. I think Gupta-ji is pioneering a new form with his long talks, or at least recreating the journalistic form of William F. Buckley from 30-plus years ago. Of course, anyone can get a bit of information wrong when speaking off the cuff about any subject at length, but it is more than made up for by the coherence of an individual author. I like it and like what he's trying to accomplish.

    Zulfie Bhutto (the name used by Stanley wolepart) was such a vain man. He came from a wealthy, land owning family. He traveled to England for a foreign degree. He indeed was intelligent, brilliant and eloquent. So, unlike many of his likes he did complete his degree. No doubt he developed a taste for good, thought provoking books. But more than that he picked up western mannerisms and dress sense. However he could never pick up the essence of western education and values. He remained a feudal, myopic man that he was. His left activism was only to endear himself to western leaders. His pathological hatred for India and his vain superiority complex remained with him till his last day. His megalomania got the better of him when his hand picked "monkey general" felled him. Bhutto died the most humiliating death - blood, semen and feces oozing out of his hanging body.

    • @dineshpratapupadhyay6583
      @dineshpratapupadhyay6583 2 ปีที่แล้ว

      Very well explained.
      Zulfie always overestimated himself. He thought he was very clever. But he lacked common sense.
      Zia was more shrewd and astute. He had studied at St Stephen's college, Delhi.
      He was a big fraud - claiming to be a Leftist while being a rich feudal lord all the time.

Benazir claimed in book that her father had no role in cancellation of the election where he lost and Mujib won and (Benazir) failed to understand why the Eastern half wanted to leave in 1971. Fatima claims her father was totally innocent and was murdered... ... while her aunt was in full power... hmmm. Imagine being Nusrat Bhutto, who supported her son, while living with Benazir!
