I had the exact same experience. Lots of alcohol, coffee, drugs and excessive excercise. Got a severe burnout and depression for 3 years straight! finally cut down on the partying lifestyle and take more rest in between workouts, slowly my energy is coming back and anxiety is starting to leave

How do you feel about sprouting and dehydrating things - I mean- do you think we should b eating grains and beans or they do not really belong ?? Didn't u and freelee start out 100% raw??

Harley, can you give a tips how to get off nicotine? I think u cant just stop doing. U have to raplace it with something. Nicotine stimulates the part of brain what is responsible for so called "reward" system. Then prevent your self from nicotine u get pissed off as hell. I will be realy glad if u respod to me Harley as u have simullar experience with drugs.

+rumination It takes a transition period and then after a while the stomach gets used to it... so in other words - practice :-)

If don't wish to respond it's understood- as theology is kinda off the nutrition subject - but people enjoy trying to bring God and religion into it all the time - I've gotten into arguments with people in the past about what humans are created to eat- sometimes - it would just get too intense!
