      Hey there!
      I found your Google listing and clicked on the website button, but noticed that it took me to an Instagram page. I would recommend creating a website and attaching it to your Google listing because websites are a great way for you to build a brand and win over new customers.
      Websites are also one of the best places for you to implement SEO strategies that will help you become more visible online and get in front of the eyes of more people who are looking for what you offer!
      If you already have a website, I recommend attaching it to your Google listing to ensure that your website is being associated with your restaurant.
      Thank you for commenting!

      It looks like your website must not be linked to your Google listing or you have your Google My Business listing linked to your website button.

    I've just bought shares in a 'relatively' successful restaurant that has been in business for 6 months. We're not at a stage where we're taking online orders yet, but one of our marketing goals is to get online bookings, obviously. I'm in charge of marketing and this video has been extremely insightful. Thanks!

    Interesting video but I don’t really agree with the social media part… We create a type of content for our restaurants we manage in a way that it’s a discovery finding a hidden gem in the area the restaurant is located. We target local pages like influencers of food pages and let them post about the restaurant. Also a combo Instagram and Tiktok has changed a small restaurant from being small to now having over 55% of all customers come directly from social media and between 300-500 customers daily. But I hear what you say and understand completely what you say, I think a mix between both is the best I would say.

      Hi Claudia. I appreciate your support! So happy to hear that you continue to enjoy our content.
      I noticed that you use your POS online ordering system for both locations. I typically recommend that restaurant have a direct ordering platform that is on the same domain as their website. The reason for this is because there are SEO benefits when people make purchases on that domain which can do wonders for your organic search rank.
      I would also suggest adding another keyword for pupusas since those get mentioned frequently in your reviews and are popular dishes in your cuisine type. Try “best pupusas in McAllen” and “best pupusas in Pharr.”

      Hello!
      I looked at your Google listing and it seems like you do not have a website. If you do have a website, be sure to attach it to your Google listing in order to build your SEO.
      If you don’t have a website, I would recommend that you create one. Keep in mind a few things when creating a website for a restaurant: include high-quality photos of popular menu items on the main landing page, if you offer online ordering then have your online ordering platform attached to your website domain, and be sure to use keywords that are relevant to your area and cuisine type.
      If you create a website and want me to review it, feel free to comment again and I’ll take a look!

    • @owner-com
      @owner-com  5 หลายเดือนก่อน

      Hey Calvin!
      It looks like you’ve implemented several SEO strategies to your website already. That’s awesome!
      I did a quick search of the other pizza places in your area. It looks like there’s a great opportunity for you to stand out from the rest by simply building credibility with your community in a way that nearby restaurants have not. If someone sees 10 pizza places in their search results when they search for “best pizza in Gerringong” and they all look pretty similar, then it can be the little details that make the difference and who they decide to click on.
      I would recommend maintaining a rating over 4.0 and to build up your quantity of reviews by encouraging customers to leave a review on Google and mention their favorite dishes in the written section. The other restaurants in your area have anywhere from 50-250 reviews so being the one restaurant in the search results that has far more is going to make your pizza spot more likely to draw the attention of potential customers.
      Hope this helps!

      Hey there! Thank you for commenting.
      You already have photos on your main landing page which is a great start. I would recommend having photos appear first so that it’s the very first thing that someone sees when they arrive on your website. The reason for this is because people are not likely to continue engaging with a website when they’re presented with text, but photos of food can do wonders in capturing someone’s attention and encouraging them to continue scrolling.
      I also noticed that you offer online ordering, but when I clicked on your online ordering button, it took me to a different page. I typically recommend that restaurants attach their online ordering platform to the same domain as their primary website because search engine algorithms love to recommend restaurants in search results that they know will lead to a paying customer. When you have a detached online ordering platform, you were not being credited with the online transactions you are receiving and your SEO isn’t seeing the benefit of online sales.
      I hope this helps!

    Hello, Adam! I am currently a student but am about to open and supervise a Fast food Japanese Restaurant (Yakiniku) in Naga, Cebu, Philippines. It is the first Japanese restaurant in the City that I know of. It is in a good and crowded area however the customer market there aren’t high paying. How do I market my new business? and brand it in the best way possible? How do I attract as much customers as possible?

    • @owner-com
      @owner-com  11 วันที่ผ่านมา

      Hey Jarren!
      I typically recommend that newer restaurants focus on two things: building up reviews and establishing their website and Google listing. Building reviews will help you establish credibility quickly, start contributing to the first impression someone will have when they first see your restaurant online, and improves how you stack up in searches against competitors.
      Fast casual restaurant tend to do well with loyalty programs and meal deals. Take a look at options you have to offer loyalty programs that will help you create a reliable customer base of returners and create single person/family size meal deals that will attract people looking for affordable food options.
      Good luck on your new venture!

      Hi! Thank you so much for your ongoing support on this channel. I’m elated to hear that you enjoy our content!
      The first thing I noticed about your restaurant is that your Google listing has a 4.3 average rating but only 84 reviews. If I do a quick search of your local pizza competitors, I see that most of the top results have at least a 4.5 and hundreds to thousands of reviews. Increasing your average review and how many reviews you have on your Google listing can help you establish credibility within your community and stand out amongst search results when you’re placed side-by-side with other pizzeria options in search results.
      It looks like your online ordering platform is also detached from your website. I would recommend having an online ordering platform that is on the same domain as your website because this can do wonders for your SEO.
      Thanks again for your support. Hope this is helpful!

    • @owner-com
      @owner-com  22 ชั่วโมงที่ผ่านมา

      Hey Cyrus!
      I noticed that your website includes a lot of text in order to get a message across about what you offer. I would recommend limiting the amount of tech that you were presenting your website visitors with and instead making photos the highlight of your site. The reason for this is that text is a lot less likely to capture the attention of someone who is visiting your website and can actually deter them from engaging with your brand. Reading through text is considered a high effort activity for consumers but photos are an easy way to show up what you offer and give them insight into your restaurant without them having to use brain power to figure that information out themselves. Photos can really make a difference for conversion rate. Nothing wins people over more than seeing food and drink right in front of them that they will miss out on if they don’t choose your restaurant!
      Adding text to your website should be intentional. Try using keywords such as “best beer in Petaluma,” “best chicken sandwich in Petaluma,” and “best ribs in Petaluma” as they both reflect popular offerings at your restaurant and common searches in your area. These can help you improve your search visibility.
      Thank you for watching!

      Hey Micah! Thank you for dropping a comment.
      I clicked onto your website and I’m seeing that there is a lot of text for me to read through but not a lot of photos that show me what I can expect from your business. I always recommend that restaurant owners make photos of their food a primary component of their main landing page because most website visitors will click away from a website within a few seconds if they are met with a lot of text.
      The same is true for any online menu. Adding photos of the food items makes it a lot more likely that the website visitor will feel tempted to either place an order or come visit your restaurant in person. Photos of food goes a very long way in driving sales!
      I would also recommend adding keywords to your website that will help you appeal to local searches and reflect popular dishes within your cuisine type. Try “best pub in Newark” or “best fish and chips in Newark.”
      Thanks again for commenting and feel free to check out the other content we have available in this channel if you liked this video.

    Your content is literally a gold mine, but there is a one thing I am wondering about. The Mirmar population is around 140 000, and they got only about 650 new customers a month, is this even worth applying to a restaurant based in a city with population of 20 000? OR rather should I aim for the whole province, around the city? I would be so grateful if you could clarify it, Thanks!

    • @owner-com
      @owner-com  3 หลายเดือนก่อน

      Hello! Thank you. Goldmine is definitely an awesome compliment.
      Each city is different in terms of demographics, size, and what already exists in that area. Each of these things will play a role in how you choose to form your business. Consider these things when thinking through what you would want to do. Are you going to be offering a less-represented cuisine type or will you be competing with a lot of other restaurants? What does the typical brand for your cuisine type look like in your area? Etc.

      I see that your online ordering platform is not attached to your website. I always recommend that restaurants have their online ordering on the same domain as their website because it ensures that online transactions are being credited to your restaurant and boosting your SEO.
      I also would recommend adding keywords like “best pad thai in Milwaukee” and “best Asian food in Milwaukee.” Both of these reflect popular mentions in your reviews and a popular dish in your cuisine type.

      Hey there!
      I would recommend making photos of your popular dishes more of a focus on your website. People are likely to make a decision on whether or not they are interested in a restaurant within the first few seconds that they are visiting your website. The best way to capture someone’s attention is to put photos of food right in front of them. This entices people to be curious and continue scrolling.
      Add keywords to your site like “ best Italian food in London” to help you reflect popular searches nearby.
      I searched for your competitors in the area and the top results on Google have thousands of reviews. I would recommend increasing your number of reviews to better compete with surrounding Italian restaurants.
      Thank you for watching and taking a moment to comment. I hope this is helpful for you.

    We are a Vegan, Gluten Free, Dairy- Free, Kosher Restaurant. It’s called milk gone nuts in Aventura, FL

    • @owner-com
      @owner-com  8 หลายเดือนก่อน

      Hey Eli!
      You currently have aGoogle rating of 4 out of 5 stars based on 142 reviews. Since the total number of reviews ilower than the top ranking results for similar restaurants in your area, I'd recommend encouraging more customers to leave reviews so you can further improve your visibility and credibility online.
      Your have a few main dishes listed on your website or that are frequently in your reviews. Highlighting these items and incorporating primary and secondary keywords such as "best vegan restaurant in Aventura" and "best acai in Aventura" into your website content and Google My Business listing can attract more customers searching for these terms in your area.
      Your online ordering platform is hosted on a different domain than your website. Integrating it with your main website domain could provide SEO benefits that will help you improve your online visibility. The way its set up right now means that you aren't seeing any of the SEO benefit that comes with people spending money online at your restaurant.
      If you would like more personalized guidance on your restaurant's online strategies, feel free to sign up for a free demo on our website, Owner.com. • @owner-com
      @owner-com  6 หลายเดือนก่อน

      Hey Josh! I’m happy to hear that you’re planning to implement these strategies. Keep me posted on how they turn out for you!
      I searched for “best donuts in San Diego” and “best coffee in San Diego.” The other restaurants that offer similar cuisine as you don’t have an outstanding number of reviews meaning that an easy way for you to stand out is to simply increase your review count which gives your already great average rating more credibility than the other options that people will see. Something that people want to know when searching for restaurants online is how likely it is that they are going to enjoy their experience and the food that they eat there. Reviews are the easiest way to determine that.
      I noticed that your Google listing also has third-party online ordering options. I would recommend having an online ordering platform that is directly attached to your website instead of directing all of your online traffic to third-party apps. This would save both you and the customer money with every order. be sure to find a online ordering option that keeps your online ordering platform on the same domain as your website to ensure that you’re seeing all the SEO benefit that comes with people ordering through your website.
      I appreciate all the support on our channel. We have a lot more content coming up soon, so feel free to check those out as they come out or watch some of the content we already have posted.

    Hello Adam! Thank you so much for these amazing tips. My restaurant is Ocean Bistro, a Seafood/Italian restaurant on Ocean Drive, Miami Beach, Florida. I would love to know what we could do to improve.
    We have the website project almost ready to go! Because our restaurant is on a very touristic street, how could we improve our sales in the low season? A lot of locals don’t visit the street for the same reason.

    • @owner-com
      @owner-com  3 หลายเดือนก่อน

      Hey there! Low seasons are always tough to navigate.
      I’d recommend making yourself stand out a bit more from local competitors and offering incentives. I did a search of top ranking results for related searches in Ocean Drive and most of the top seafood restaurant results have over a thousand to several thousands of reviews. I would recommend increasing your number of reviews to give your high Google rating more credibility and to better compete with the other restaurants nearby.
      Creating incentive for new customers and returning customers may be helpful for you during the off season. The right text and email marketing + loyalty program can keep you top of mind for customers and incentivize them to continue coming back. Creating loyalty in the local community can be huge for getting through the low seasons.
      Hope this helps! Feel free to sign up for a free demo on the Owner.con website if you’re interested in loyalty programs and text/email marketing. Otherwise, we have lots of content already uploaded that you may find helpful in implementing these things.

      Hey there! Thank you for commenting.
      Your website and online ordering platform are already integrated under the same domain, but creating individual item pages could really boost your SEO and give you greater visibility when people are searching for the kinds of dishes you offer in New Haven or Shelton.
      You have a high rating of 4.6 on Google reviews for your Shelton location, which is great! However, you only have 66 reviews. What this means is that the 4.6 average doesn't have a lot of credibility. A great way to standout and build your SEO is to have a lot of great reviews that back up the high rating. Encourage your customers to leave reviews and mention the items they tried.
      Since "cachapas" and "arepas" are frequently mentioned and popular among your customers, consider using these as primary keywords in your online content. Phrases like "best arepas in New Haven" and "best cachapas in Shelton" can help attract more customers searching for these dishes in your area.
      If you want more tailored advice for your restaurant or want to see how you can implement these strategies, feel free to sign up for a free demo on our website, Owner.com. We also have a bunch of content already uploaded that you may find helpful so feel free to check those out too!

    Hi Adam, my restaurant is a franchise group in Illinois called Pita Pita Mediterranean Grill. The franchise is growing but I think we have a lot of issues with website optimization. SEO isn’t great either. The board is trying to focus more on social media marketing but I feel like we need to focus more on the website optimization. What is something we can improve to get the most significant transformation in customer numbers? Let me know your thoughts!

    • @owner-com
      @owner-com  3 หลายเดือนก่อน

      Hey there!
      Websites are hugely important for any restaurant. When it comes to multi location brands, it’s important that you create separate landing pages for each location and attach those to each individual Google listing. The reason for this is because separate landing pages allow you to build location specific SEO while also contributing to the collective online presence and visibility.
      Be sure to also include keywords like “best Mediterranean food in *city*” and “best *popular menu item* in *city*” to help your restaurants appear in relevant searches in their area.
      Website visitors will typically choose to click away from a website or continue scrolling within the first few seconds that they are on a site. To keep people engaged, I always recommend putting high quality images of your popular dishes right in front of them. Nothing entices people more than seeing images of delicious food so be sure to show them this early to peak their interest.
      Hope this helps! There is a lot that goes into online marketing for restaurants. If you are interested in seeing how our platform, Owner.com, takes care of this for other multi location brands then feel free to sign up for a free demo on our website.

      Hey there. Congrats on the next step in the business!
      I did a quick search of your restaurant online and I see that there is no website associated with it. Websites are a really important piece of online strategy for any restaurant and I would recommend creating one that is maximized for search engine algorithms. A great website can do wonders for a restaurant business. I have lots of content on this channel that covers how to do this!
      I would also suggest building up your credibility as soon as possible. People like to see that a restaurant has a high average rating plus a lot of reviews to give that average rating credibility. These two things make your restaurant a lot more likely to be selected amongst the other options people have in your area and improve SEO. Start early with encouraging your customers to leave reviews and mention the dishes they tried in the written section.
      Thank you for commenting and good luck with the next stage for Kokoland!

      Hey Ryan! Thank you for watching and commenting. I’d be happy to take a look at your restaurant!
      I noticed that your website first greets website visitors with a lot of text followed by photos of drinks. I would recommend making photos of your popular food items a focus on your main landing page. The reason for this is that people are often looking for quick answers to their question when they visit a website: what can I expect from the food this restaurant offers? People often click away if they are met with a lot of text so making the switch to a more photo-centric main page can help you keep the attention of your website visitors and convert them at a higher rate.
      I also noticed that your online ordering platform is on a different domain than your website. This means that you are not seeing the SEO benefits that come with people spending money online at your restaurant. I recommend attaching your online ordering to the same domain; so in your case this could be something like “comotruckee.com/order”

    • @owner-com
      @owner-com  4 หลายเดือนก่อน

      Hi! Sure, I’ll take a look.
      One of the first things I noticed is that your online ordering platform is on a different domain than your website. Search engine algorithms love to see that people spend money and spend a lot of time on a site before recommending it in the top results for relevant searches. When you have a separate domain for your online ordering platform, the algorithm views this as people simply clicking away from your website instead of continuing to engage with your brand online. All of the transactions that you see via online ordering are not being credited to your restaurant SEO. I would recommend attaching your online ordering platform to the same domain as your website, but on another landing page. Try something like “zellscrepes.com/order” instead.
      Try adding keywords to your website like “best crepes in Highlands Ranch” and “best sandwiches in Highlands Ranch.”
      Thank you for watching! If you’re interested in seeing how we do this for other restaurants in your cuisine type, feel free to head to our website at Owner.com and sign up for a free demo!

      Hey there! Happy to take a look at Goat & Ram.
      One of the first things I noticed when I first found your restaurant on Google is that you have an awesome average rating but not a lot of reviews to give that rating credibility. I did a quick search for pizza places in Mesa and the top results all include restaurants that have a high rating and have several hundred to thousands of reviews online. In order to compete with these restaurants, I would recommend increasing your number of reviews.
      I also noticed that you have a way for customers to order online, but there is no online order platform linked to your website. I would recommend adding another landing page to your website where people can order from because this could really boost your SEO and online visibility. Search engines love to see that people spend money on a specific website and are more likely to recommend you in results if this is true for your restaurant.
      We do a lot of this for other pizza restaurants using the Owner.com platform. If you’re interested in seeing how this could possibly work for you too, then feel free to sign up for a free demo on our website!

      I took a look at your website and online ordering platform. I would recommend adding photos of your menu items to your online ordering platform because putting photos of your food right in front of people can do wonders in enticing hesitant customers to place an order and encourage people to add more items to their ticket than they originally planned.
      I would also recommend adding keywords to your website that will help you reflect searches that are relevant to you in Laredo. For your restaurant that could be keywords like” best live music in Laredo” or “best tacos in Laredo.”

      Hello! I’d be happy to take a look.
      I found your restaurant on Google and the first thing I’m noticing is that you have a 3.8 average rating. Your cuisine type is pretty competitive, especially in cities like San Diego so I would recommend increasing your average to above a 4.0 in order to better compete with local competitors. People like to be sure that they are going to receive good service and delicious food if they choose to go to a restaurant and reviews are one of the ways that they will determine if this is something that you can offer. Raising your number of reviews will help you increase your credibility with the San Diego community.
      I also recommend including images of menu items on your online ordering platforms and virtual menus. The reason for this is that it will help you entice website visitors to want to eat the delicious food that they are seeing leading to a higher conversion rate of online traffic to buying customers.
      Thank you for commenting. I hope this helps! If you’re interested in seeing how the owner platform does all of this for other restaurants in your cuisine type feel free to sign up for a free demo on our website at Owner.com.

      Based on what I see on your website, it looks like there are two locations. I would recommend having two separate landing pages for each location so that you can build SEO that is specific to each city and have city-specific keywords. This could really boost each location’s search rank and visibility.
      Try using keywords that reflect cuisine type and popular mentions in your reviews. “Best Indian food in Arlington” and “best happy hour in Arlington.” Same for the Alexandria location.

      Hey Paul!
      The very first thing I noticed when I visit your website is that you are redirecting your online ordering traffic to third-party platforms. I would recommend implementing your own direct online ordering platform in order to not only save money for both you and the customer but also having online orders processed through your website can help you boost your visibility. Search algorithms love to recommend restaurants to people that they know will result in a paid transaction.
      I would also recommend using keywords on your website to help you appeal to local searches. Try keywords such as “best Thai food in Murrieta” or “best Pad Thai in Murrieta.”

      Hi Allison! Thank you for watching and for taking a second to comment. I’d be happy to help you with the new website!
      I scrolled through your restaurant website and the primary thing I’m noticing is that there is a lot of text on the website. People are typically visiting restaurant websites in order to get quick information about what a restaurant offers and what they can expect from you. Putting a lot of text in front of a website visitor actually makes them a lot more likely to click away rather than engage with your website. I always recommend that restaurants include high-quality images of popular dishes on their website and make it a focal point that will be one of the first things a website visitor will see. This small tweak can do wonders in keeping people on your website and increasing your conversion rate from visitor to paying customer.
      Try using keywords like “best Mexican food in Orinda,” “best Michelada in Orinda,” and “best burritos in Orinda.” All of these reflect commonly searched phrases for your cuisine type in Orinda and will help you appear in search results when people are looking for these terms.
      I have a lot of videos on this channel that actually cover website creation a bit more in-depth. Feel free to check those out if you want more insight into how to optimize your website.
      The Owner platform also covers a lot of these things. If you’re interested in seeing how we do this for other Mexican restaurants, then please feel free to sign up for a free demo on our website at Owner.com.

I would recommend having a proper website that will allow you to have a place to implement SEO strategies and build an online brand while having your online ordering platform attached to it as its own landing page.
      I would recommend using keywords such as “best Middle Eastern food in Spokane,” “best Afghan food in Coeur d'Alene,” “best bolani in Spokane.” Keywords will help you appeal to local searches based on what you offer and the location of the restaurant.

      Hi Coetta! Sure, I’ll take a look.
      One of the big things for restaurant owners to get right on their website is to make the main landing page as user-friendly as possible in order to convert the most website visitors into paying customers that you can.
      What I’m seeing on your main landing page is a lot of text and the first two photos that I see as a website visitor are blurry. I always recommend making high-quality images of popular food items the focal point of your main landing page because people will make a decision on whether or not they are interested in a restaurant within the first few seconds that they are on their site. In order to capture the attention of people who find you online, I always recommend minimizing text and putting photos of delicious food right in front of people to show them what they would be missing out on if they didn’t decide to become a customer.
      I would also recommend using keywords on your website that reflect popular searches within your cuisine type and city. Try “best Cajun food in Rosenberg” or “best Creole food in Rosenberg.”

      Hi! Sure, I’m happy to provide some feedback.
      The first thing I noticed about your website is that I am greeted with text but I can’t really make easy conclusions about what you offer at first glance. I would recommend reducing the amount of text that you put in front of a customer that is visiting your website and instead show them photos of the food and atmosphere you offer. Focusing on images instead of text can really enhance the experience that someone has on your website and convert people into customers at a much higher rate than text.
      From what I can see for other restaurants in your area, you may find that you can stand out amongst your competition by increasing the number of reviews you have on your Google listing. Having a high rating is great for any restaurant, but having a lot of reviews to back it up and give it credibility can go a long way in winning customers over other restaurants.
      Thank you for watching our content and taking a moment to comment. I appreciate your support!

      I looked at your restaurant website, and the first thing I noticed is that the homepage is pretty wordy and doesn’t include any photos of your food. I would definitely recommend taking high-quality photos of your dishes and making those the centerpiece of your website. The reason for this is because you want to capture attention quickly when someone first clicks onto your website. They are more likely to click away if they see a lot of words and are more likely to stay and continue scrolling if they see delicious food right in front of them.
      Try adding keywords like “best Turkish food in Maastricht” and “best meze in Maastricht” to help you increase SEO.

      Hi Alexander!
      Something I noticed on your main landing page is that there isn’t a clear image of your food items. Putting a high-quality photo as one of the first things that someone sees when they visit your website will help you get their interest and encourage them to keep scrolling instead of clicking away from your website. Add keywords to help you with search rank as well. Try “best sushi in Lima.”
      I did a quick search into the other sushi restaurants in your area that are appearing in top results on Google. Most of the results include restaurants with several hundred to thousands of reviews. I would recommend encouraging your customers to leave reviews and mention the dishes that they tried in the written section to help you better compete with local restaurants.

      Hey Jordan!
      I took a look at your website and I would recommend making photos of your food more of a centerpiece on your website. People usually will only look around for a few seconds before they decide to click away or continue scrolling. The best way to get someone’s attention once they are on your website is to show them pictures of your food.
      I also saw that you have a delivery button. I tried to click on it but it does not take me anywhere. This could be because I am outside of Vietnam, but I would recommend double checking your delivery link to make sure that people are able to navigate over to this option. Be sure to have an online ordering platform that is attached to the same domain as your website in order to maximize your SEO.
      Thank you for commenting. Hope this helps!

Putting photos of food in front of them is one of the best ways to capture their interest.

      Hey Kyle! Glad to hear that the content in this video was helpful!
      I took a look at your website and I noticed that the first thing I see when I’m on your website is a carousel of photos with text overlay. Following that is some text about your restaurant. I would recommend moving some of the high-quality images of food that you already have on your website a bit further up to be more of a focus point when someone first enters your website. Typically, someone will decide whether or not they want to continue scrolling on the restaurant website within the first few seconds and the best way to get someone’s attention is to show them food that they would miss out on if they didn’t.
      I noticed that you have a trifecta concept attached to your brand. However, in order to increase your search visibility I would recommend highlighting keywords that most reflect what you offer. Try keywords like “best steaks in Virginia Beach” or “best cocktails in Virginia Beach.” Both of these reflect the fine dining aspect of your restaurant and the laid-back lounge side of it too.

    Good stuff. (Suggestion: Turn down the music. Either play some for a few seconds at the beginning and fade it out completely, or lower it 50% or more. So many people now listen to multi-minute videos at 1.25x to 1.75x speed. Background music gets super-distracting at high speed.)

      I think... just use music in the intro and for a few brief seconds behind transitions to the next topic. Better to have none than too much. It's doing more harm than good.

    • @owner-com
      @owner-com  7 หลายเดือนก่อน

      Hey Robert!
      I saw that you have your website online ordering connected to your POS ordering platform. Due to your website and POS online ordering being on two different domains, you're not seeing the SEO benefit from having people spend money at your restaurant through online ordering. Having online ordering attached to the same domain could do wonders for online visibility.
      I'd also suggest adding keywords that reflect what is popular in your cuisine type and your restaurant. Try "best brisket in Norfolk" or "best burnt ends in Norfolk." Same for the Virginia Beach location but swap out the cities.

      Hello! Thanks you for taking a moment to comment and watch our video. Congrats on opening a new restaurant!
      I tried to find your restaurant on Google and it looks like there is no website or Google listing up yet. I would definitely recommend creating these to make your restaurant visible in local searches and maps. Be sure to attach your website to the Google listing as well.
      A few things to keep in mind when making your website: Add high quality photos to your website and make them one of the first things people see when they visit your site and use keywords that reflect your cuisine type and city (an example for a Mexican place in the Bay Area would be “best Mexican food in San Francisco” so you can use a similar phrase with your cuisine and city.
      I have lots of content on this channel that you may find helpful when creating these two things to make sure they are optimized. Feel free to check those out!

      @owner-com  6 หลายเดือนก่อน

      Hey! So glad to hear that you’re loving the content. We’ve got a lot more on the way!
      I would recommend adding keywords to your website to help you with search ranking. Try keywords that reflect popular dishes and your restaurant type. For you that could be “best pizza in Richmond” or “best beer in Richmond.” This will help you get picked up by the algorithm when people search for things that are relevant to your restaurant.
      When I search for “best brewery in Richmond,” all of the top results have a couple hundred reviews and your average rating competes well with them. One of the big things you can do to help you stand out from the rest as your search rank improves is to have more credibility than the competitors that people will see alongside yours. People want to know that they are going to have a good experience, drink good beer, and eat good food when they visit your restaurant. One of the ways they determine this is by looking at the reviews. A 4.7 average is more impactful with 1k reviews than 200. I would recommend encouraging your customers to leave reviews on Google and include dishes that they tried in the written section.
      Thank you for watching and commenting!

      Hey there!
      It looks like you do not have a website attached to your Google listing. If you have a website, I would recommend that you attach it to the “website” button on your Google listing. The reason for this is that that this could greatly improve your SEO. Having a website that has SEO strategies attached to it such as keywords, direct online ordering, and a maximized easier experience will help you get recommended to more people in your area by search engine algorithms.
      I always recommend to restaurants that they increase their number of reviews and average readings to outcompete the local competitors. People want to choose a restaurant that is sure to provide them with a delicious meal and quality service. Reviews is one of the ways that they will determine if this is what your restaurant offers.

      Hey there! Thank you for commenting and watching our content.
      Firstly, I did a quick analysis of your local competitors for Indian food and found that all the top ranking results have thousands of reviews and over a 4.0 average rating. When I found your restaurant online, I noticed that your Google listing features a 3.6 average rating. I would recommend increasing your average to over a 4.0 in order to better compete with local competitors and increase your search visibility and credibility.
      I also clicked onto your online ordering platform and it looks like it is attached to a different domain than your website. I typically recommend that restaurants combine their online ordering platform and website domain in order to maximize their SEO. For example, you have shahinihariandchopsticks.com as your primary website domain and shahinihariandchopsticks.com/order as your online ordering landing page. This ensures that your business is being credited with all of those online transactions which can really boost your search visibility.

Adding keywords will help you better appeal to the search algorithms and appear on top search results nearby.
      I noticed that you have an online menu as well 8 always recommend that restaurant owners add high quality images of their food to any online menus or online ordering platforms. Photos have a great effect on conversion rates and on your ability to upsell someone’s order.

      Hey there! Thank you for watching. I’m glad you’re enjoying our content!
      The first thing I noticed when I clicked onto your website is that you have a lot of text on your main landing page but no photos that show me what you offer. Typically people are looking for quick answers about what you offer when they are visiting a restaurant website. I always recommend that restaurants put high-quality images of their popular dishes on their main landing page to help increase online traffic conversion and encourage people to engage with the website further. People are a lot more likely to click away when they are presented with a lot of text.
      I’m also seeing that your online ordering platform is attached to a different domain than your website. This means that you are not seeing the benefit of having people spend money at your restaurant through your online ordering platform. I would recommend getting an online ordering option that is connected directly to your domain to help you increase your SEO.
      Thanks again for watching and I hope this helps. If you’re interested in seeing how we do this for other restaurants in your cuisine type, feel free to sign up for a free demo on our website at Owner.com.

      Hi! Thank you for commenting.
      I would recommend that you include more images of your food items on your main landing page and limit the amount of text. The reason for this is that text will not capture the attention of people who are visiting your website the way images do. Showing people photos of the food you offer and that they would miss out on if they didn’t choose to become a customer will help you entice people to follow through with online orders or even visit you in store. Take a look at websites like talkintacos.net/talkinconcord to get an idea of what a photo-centric website looks like.
      Include keywords on your website, such as “best Filipino food in Surrey“ and “best beef pares in Surrey.” Keywords are a great way for you to appeal to local searches that are relevant to both your area and cuisine which will help you draw in new online traffic.
      I appreciate you supporting our channel! I hope this is helpful for you. I have a ton of content already uploaded on this channel so feel free to check those out as well.

      Thank you! Happy to hear that you liked the video.
      I found your website and it looks like you don’t show any photos of the food you offer on your main landing page. I always suggest that restaurants have high-quality images of their most popular items located at the very front of your website because it’s one of the best ways for you to get someone’s attention and entice them to keep scrolling.
      Your cuisine is also pretty competitive in your area so I did a search of local competitors and how they stack up in local search results compared to your restaurant. When people are seeing you in search results, it’s easy for every restaurant to look the same as they scroll through the list. An easy way for you to stand out against your competitors is actually to give your restaurant more credibility through reviews. Encourage your customers to leave reviews on your Google listing and mention the dishes they tried in the written section. This will not only help you increase your search visibility, but will also help you stand out amongst the other options when people find you online.
      I hope this is helpful and please feel free to sign up for a free demo on the Owner.com website if you’re interested in seeing how we do this for other Italian restaurants in your area. Thank you, Jeff!
      I did a quick search of your Tex Mex competitors nearby and it looks like the top ranking restaurants in your area all have over a thousand reviews to several thousand. recommended increasing your number of reviews to not only better compete with the restaurants that are ranking at the top for TexMex, but also to give your high rating more credibility with the people who find you online.
      I also noticed that your website recommends that people order through third-party apps if they want their food delivered. If you want delivery to be a big part of your business or if it already is, I would recommend offering a direct online ordering option for people who are looking to get food delivered through your website. This could not only save you and the customer a lot of money but also could really boost your SEO. Search engine algorithms love to see that people spend money on a particular website.
      Thank you for watching!

      I see that you do include photos of your menu items on your website but they are a bit blurry. The quality of images on a website can actually make a huge difference in how effective they are as tools to engage your website visitors. I would recommend ensuring that the photos you are uploading to your website are detailed and clear. The same applies to any photos you include on online menus.
      I would also recommend including keywords on your website that will help you appeal to local searches that are relevant to what you offer. Try “best sushi in Henderson” or “best sake in Henderson.”

      Hey Jhonny!
      I scrolled through your website a bit and ended up on your online ordering page. It looks like the online ordering buttons lead customers over to a list of logos including the third party apps and one option for direct. Many of the users who intend to order are most likely going to click on one of the logo options they are most familiar with like DoorDash. I imagine you’re paying a good bit in commission for the orders that you’re driving over to the apps. I would suggest optimizing your website to push users to order direct instead.
      Your menu outside of the online ordering platforms only includes a few photos. I would suggest adding more high quality photos to help you entice customers. People are more likely to order additional items or place an order at all if they can see all the food they could be having right in front of them.

      Your online menu also doesn’t include photos. People are more likely to choose your restaurant when they are tempted by the sight of all your delicious food items. Visual aids like high quality images can do wonders for getting people to choose your restaurant over the other options they may have in your area.
      I appreciate your support!

      Hello Eduard!
      I noticed that your online ordering platform doesn't include any photos of your food. Having high quality photos can entice a hesitant customer to place an order or add items to their order that they didn't originally plan to get.
      Emphasize your popular dishes such as Chicken Shawarma and Lamb Kebab through keywords. Try keywords like "best shawarma in Woodridge" or "best kabobs in Woodridge" on your website and Google My Business listing to attract more customers searching for these popular Mediterranean dishes.
      Given your high rating, encourage your satisfied customers to share their experiences through Google reviews. This will not only boost your online presence but also attract new customers that are looking for a reputable Mediterranean cuisine restaurant in their area.
